I can not recall all the times that they have failed him. Last year they abandoned him at an appt and he had to wait hours to get picked up. Last week an idiot driver locked their keys on the van and he had to cancel a dentist appt and reschedule a month and a half later. To top it off, just today the driver drove right past him and is still heading into the wrong state. He will miss a pre op surgical appointment now and gave to cancel the surgery.
