A visual delight! Their summer spectacle is not to be missed. A talented ensemble with amazing songs, dance and trapeze.

Volker knew that the woman involved was in a relationship. She told me directly that, during the training, he placed his hand on her head while telling her that he was having sexual thoughts about her. She told him no and that she did not want that. She also reported to me that Volker Eschmann told her: "If you say no and your body says no, that's a no, but if you say no and your body says yes, that's not a no, that's something else." If accurately reported, I find that statement deeply troubling from someone helping lead a facilitator training centered on embodiment, vulnerability, boundaries, and interpersonal awareness. A spoken "no" is not something another person gets to reinterpret by deciding what someone else's body supposedly means. Somatic awareness should make consent clearer, not create language for making a stated boundary less clear. I was also troubled by the increasingly personal nature of the interaction despite Volker knowing she had a partner, including his reportedly telling her that when he was 52 he had a girlfriend her age. According to what she shared with me, his pursuit did not simply end when she expressed her boundary. That leaves me with a fundamental question about the integrity of this training: what are teachings about awareness, consent, and relational responsibility worth if the people holding the container do not consistently model those principles themselves? Facilitation is not merely a vocabulary or a set of techniques. It is a position of trust. That requires restraint, accountability, and an unusually clear respect for boundaries. A spoken "no" should not require interpretation.

The whole team at Valley View is truly amazing and Suzy and David are some of the coolest and kindest people I have ever met. Dan was our wedding planner and from the beginning was so calming and extremely buttoned up. My husband I got engaged in Dec and were married in Aug all thanks to Dan and the team! Dan was always available and made all of the planning fun and super personal to us. He truly felt like an extension of our family. Christina was with us the weeks leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day. I don't even know where to begin -her presence is so grounding and loving-I can't imagine the day without her there. She anticipated everything and was always one step ahead but also made the day fun! Again, felt like an extension of family on our wedding day. The food was also incredible. Our friends and family all said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We loved the deserts so much we took them home and froze them and ate them for a mont after until we sadly ran out. The venue is a magical place. You can feel it when you begin the drive up. We can't wait to come back and visit. It was the best day ever.
