Side note: the town of Shamrock is a close drive with a couple historical buildings. It's small and of course older but worth checking out. I'm giving one star because I know it's summer and there's only so much you can do. But here's why I am giving this review ( & I never do bad reviews) - when we first drove in, everything is dead (grass, dog area) everything. I get water is scarce but a little would be nice for animals. -weeds with stickers in them everywhere (hence again that it's not ideal for pets) -no one was there to check us in, just a piece of paper with our name and site. The door is locked so if you needed help with anything, no one is there. - the sewer connection didn't have a top on it so there's flies everywhere down the sewer line. I could see others just had rocks set on top. -any shaded spot is taken up by long term users (I mean I get it but seriously...) - the picnic table is broken None of this helps with the fact that this place is in the middle of nowhere, so your closest stores are at least 30-40 mins away. I understand that for the price point it comes at, you have to give and take with quality. But let's just say we left a day early to go a few hours to the next spot.

The grass was always cut and trees were trimmed. if there was any issue they would take care of it immediately. The rates were comparable to other nearby locations. They have city water, sewage , trash and electricity. The city can be a little hard to manage at times but that is no reflection on Nancy or Randy. We will be reserving a spot if we every get work in the area again! I highly recommend this location & the owners are top notch!
