The first guy had made some terrible recommendations. Ralph & his team were able to correct the mistakes, and get us back on track with our project. The best part about hiring Ralph for a remodeling job is that you get THREE for the price of one. Ralph brings two team members - Preston & John - that are both outstanding at what they do. While one is painting, the other is working on electrical or cleanup. They are a well-oiled machine. We were impressed with the quality of the work that Ralph did for us. Everything was done right - they didn't cut corners, or look for shortcuts, even if it meant staying late or having to make an extra trip on a fixed price item. They took their time, and really put their heart into each step of the project. From drywall to paint to trim to hardware - they handled each step with professionalism & a great sense of humor. My only criticism (if you can even call it that) is that Ralph is busy! :-) But I guess that what's we get for hiring someone who is superb at what they do - everyone wants a piece of him. They were very friendly, willing to come early, and able to help as soon as possible. I specifically only needed curtains hung and a shelf installed. They were extremely helpful and even cleaned up and swept afterward. Their prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to the few hundred dollars I was quoted by other people. I was more than happy to give a $25 tip due to their extraordinary service. If I need anything done in the future, I will definitely be calling them again.

It really struck me as odd that the first question from our conversation was you asking if I was licensed and bonded. Of course I'm licensed. I've discussed it with the office, and we feel we should pass on this job. I'm starting company and I hold integrity as a main priority. This is not anything odd question to ask when looking for repair services for my home. I'm sorry if you feel insulted, however I have had issues in the past with other companies that were advertised, not being licensed and it cost me money.
