Sadly we trusted the previous worker because he was referred by our listing agent. So fast forward a few weeks and when this last person would not fix his work we posted a request for proposals on Yelp. Dale answered the call and showed up!!. I can not express Properly in this space how satisfied I am that the this job is now complete and we can now list our home and not worry about an uneven wavy tile. After getting several quotes for a full kitchen remodel I went with this company and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My only regret is I didn't have them build and install the cabinets. For a fully remodel kitchen and bathroom with hardwood cabinets, soft close draws, and Cambria quartz counter top I was quoted 19.5K from design to full install. Billy was the main representative I dealt with; he never tried to up-sale me, actually quite the opposite, was extremely knowledgeable, and truly made the whole experience smooth. Any concerns I had he quickly addressed or provided reassurance. If Billy was off Gary quickly filled in to help with what he could and was equally amazing. Ken, who works mainly in the back, builds the cabinets and also helped install my backsplash for an amazing price and workmanship. I have dealt with a lot of good companies, however I can truly say this one is in the top 1% for its professional, knowledge, and pricing.
