He built an additional support to reinforce the area that the ac unit sits on which saved us a ton of money as we didn't need an ac company to come out and remove the entire unit in order for the rotting wood to be replaced. Hired to fix my water service line. It was cracked and needed replaced. I spent over $400 for this "repair" and they only patched it with material that isn't allowed to be used, and did not service the line correctly according to industry standards. Not only that, they broke my garden shovel while digging up the dirt and when I requested a refund, they read my message and left it on read instead of reaching out for a solution or reimbursement. Avoid at all costs. I will update this review if they respond and make good. Until then do not trust this company.
