The first guy had made some terrible recommendations. Ralph & his team were able to correct the mistakes, and get us back on track with our project. The best part about hiring Ralph for a remodeling job is that you get THREE for the price of one. Ralph brings two team members - Preston & John - that are both outstanding at what they do. While one is painting, the other is working on electrical or cleanup. They are a well-oiled machine. We were impressed with the quality of the work that Ralph did for us. Everything was done right - they didn't cut corners, or look for shortcuts, even if it meant staying late or having to make an extra trip on a fixed price item. They took their time, and really put their heart into each step of the project. From drywall to paint to trim to hardware - they handled each step with professionalism & a great sense of humor. This go around, he assisted us with a solution for some rotting wood that supports our central/interior AC unit. He built an additional support to reinforce the area that the ac unit sits on which saved us a ton of money as we didn't need an ac company to come out and remove the entire unit in order for the rotting wood to be replaced.
