It really struck me as odd that the first question from our conversation was you asking if I was licensed and bonded. Of course I'm licensed. I've discussed it with the office, and we feel we should pass on this job. I'm starting company and I hold integrity as a main priority. This is not anything odd question to ask when looking for repair services for my home. I'm sorry if you feel insulted, however I have had issues in the past with other companies that were advertised, not being licensed and it cost me money. I started calling in June of 2020 when I saw black spots which was mold on the floor of the shower. In addition, I noticed the floor was missing grout. I was told to clean it and someone would come back check it out. The contactor came out and I requested that the contractor to regrout the shower floor and put a sealant on top. Previously, I was told that the grout had a sealant. After calling the owner and communicating with contactor they said that the would take care it and finally after not getting any results. I finally just asked if they would take of it and I was told it was nothing they could do. I just stopped asking.
