They have a team and wash inside and out, including your floor mats. They are an unassuming business on the corner, not much signage. You pull in and they will direct you to move up. Or there will be a line and then you just sit in line. When we arrived there was no one on our side in front of us. They directed us to move up and gave us a number when we got out of our car. Then they directed us to our left to sit under a tent to wait for our car. You can walk around the neighborhood and come back, but there isn't really anything open in the neighborhood to see, do, or eat. Once they wash your car they move it to the next section where they dry your car and wash the inside. They do an impressive job with the windows. So much better then I can ever do. When I wash them there is still a film on them. The wait for your car is minimal. Depending on how many cars are there will increase the number of people working on your car and really speed up the process. They have room for 2 cars in the washing bay and 2 more cars in the drying and interior bays. When we arrived on a Tuesday afternoon there was a car in the interior and drying bay and when we left there were two cars being washed. So, the traffic is hit and miss. Enjoy your clean car.

Half the brushes aren't working most of the time. Today, the rinse isn't working! I talked to the staff about it and they said there is nothing they can do. TQ has some of the best prices and quickest service in the Bay for a solid maintenance clean. I made a 20-minute trek to get here. I pulled up and parked. I thought the main building was where I had to go. One of the guys came up to me and asked if I needed a wash and if I needed the inside cleaned too. I said yes and was told $60. Sure it's a bit steep, but considering some drive-thru car washes are close to $20 and you're on your own for the interior. My car was immaculate. No more bug splatters. The shine was great. They dressed the tires. They wiped down the inside (even though I keep the interior clean). And they even vacuumed my trunk. Would definitely stop by here for a wash.
