They even helped my girlfriend when she needed help carrying things to the car when asked. Very nice touch guys. Also they have a rewards program which is awesome. I mean that is clutch to offer because why not rack up reward points for something you're going to buy anyway regardless. I've never seen another liquor store offer that. Just ask them to join and it's super fast and easy. If I give 5 stars you know it's good and consistent. And now there's mighty fine Meadow Liquors (next to that WW) that looks minuscule from the outside but when you walk inside you realize it's pretty deep and they've made sure to not waste an inch of available space. A wicked amount of quality beers and wines and plenty of the hard stuff (that can make us do foolish things after too many shots - we've all been there!) as well. Cool staff. Solid pricing. This place is better than some stores twice its size.

I can easily find them here much cheaper than local competitors. They definitely have the largest selection of boxed wines and often are fully stocked. If I want more of a specialty wine, I usually rely on Wine Country around the corner. Small selection of chips and cigs. I would love to see them carry soda, but I assume they would rather have you pick that up at their mothership-ShopRite. Ample parking in lot.

Prices are okay, close to what you would pay for stuff in NYC and they don't let you mix & match beers which is always a pet peeve of mine. The guy at the register had never even heard of the term "mix & match". I'd go with a 3.5 star rating here but I'm rounding to 4 because they also have the best selection of mixers on this block.

Seems to be a fave since it's often out of stock, but whenever I ask for a case for Daddy-O they let me know it's already on order and when it will arrive. Lately some of the hard stuff has been limited with stock, but the owners are always available to let you know the 411 on it. However, you won't walk out of there empty handed with their huge selection. Sign up for their wine club and enjoy case discounts! Plenty of parking in local strip mall and when the town decides to hold a feast in the adjacent street, they have spots marked for reserve so you can still run in and grab your spirits!

Since everyone is underage you have to rely on an older sibling to score alcohol or there were two locations that actually delivered hooch - one was a store in Kearny next to the QuikChek. The other? The Liquor Shed in Lyndhurst. You had your friend with the most mature-sounding voice make the call and we thought the trick to make them think we're definitely of age was to order a bottle of Seagram's Seven - wasn't that something only really old people drank?! (But some of the delivery guys wouldn't 'be cool' when they realized it was a party and no one was actually 21 and take everything back to the store.) Cut to 30 years later and now I find myself hitting here from time to time in route to a party (some things never change) and they're always reliable with a decent selection of beer, ice and a lottery scratch-off (hey - someone has to hit big, right?!). Cool guy behind the counter, okay pricing, good-sized parking lot, and just a stone's throw from Jo-Jo's if you have a hankering for a good slice of pizza.
