So i got two dental implants here and I was one of those who required a sinus lift and bone graft. The process went well and I healed without infection or complication. Cost was10k. The extent of the swelling was unexpected but not anyone's fault. Dr. Bavar is the best in his field and I am happy with the work. I only had one issue unrelated to my implants. A filling was performed on a tooth that really required a root canal. When the sensitivity became frank pain I could not get in to see the MD because apparently they are not open 5 days and alas, my pain occurred on that day theywere closed. I don't think my situation was handled well with the take 2 Tylenol and call me in the morning approach I experienced. My pain was beyond Tylenol. I was referred out to an endodontist for a root canal the next day after a useless trip to the dental office and I couldn't understand why the MD didn't refer me the day before when I was suffering. When I inquired about whether the subsequent filling would be performed without charge a nasty woman (Stephanie) who does the billing became confrontational and dismissive. Stating that the office doesn't do people favors lol. Not something to be proud of in my opinion especially since I paid for a service that was not indicated. I almost decided not to return because of that exchange but for the most part I was happy with Dr. Bavar's work and the service provided by all the other staff members. My filling was replaced post root canal without charge (not a favor lol) and my implants have not failed. I'm happy to give 4 stars.

I had some dental work performed at my second visit, and a cleaning done at my first visit. I would strongly advise you to make Dr. Rao and this office your primary. I had a beautiful experience accompanied by great care and by professionals who actually enjoy doing what they do and work with you to get things done. This experience was one I have not had before and I'm for sure returning. :-)

The appointment was at nine, we were leaving the office by 9:45 for all four teeth. If your insurance covers, I would highly suggest using this office for oral surgery. Not open every day, there are a few days in Mount Kisco.

I have had fillings replaced and cavities worked on in the past, but nothing like with Dr. Dibbini. It was virtually pain free. I did not have to get stabbed with a needle over and over. The doc was precise and I was perfectly numb after the first injection. The filling replacement was fast and painless. I've been other places where I needed to get multiple shots to numb me and still felt the drilling--not with Dr. Dibbini. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A DENTAL OFFICE. Several times I had to tell her the suction wasn't set right as I was consistently gagging from the excessive saliva in my mouth, as well as getting splashed in my face. Her response, the water pressure was too high. When polishing my teeth, she caught my hair in the machine and I had to pull it to make her stop. Each time I expressed my concerns she responded rudely, even told me I have a problem. The dentist was polite and expressed his apologies. My mouth still hurts a day later. I know discomfort from cleaning is normal, however I should not feel pain.
