After I complained and said I would never return, I received a poorly formatted termination letter in the mail. Based on the timing and content of that letter, it honestly felt like the office was trying to cover itself rather than address my concerns. Don't bother contacting corporate when they respond to your review--they offer no real help and you will never hear back regarding action being taken. Instead, you'll receive a termination letter. Based on my experience, I believe this establishment is a scam and seems more focused on making money than providing appropriate care. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and avoiding this office at all costs.

The appointment was at nine, we were leaving the office by 9:45 for all four teeth. If your insurance covers, I would highly suggest using this office for oral surgery. I have had fillings replaced and cavities worked on in the past, but nothing like with Dr. Dibbini. It was virtually pain free. I did not have to get stabbed with a needle over and over. The doc was precise and I was perfectly numb after the first injection. The filling replacement was fast and painless. I've been other places where I needed to get multiple shots to numb me and still felt the drilling--not with Dr. Dibbini. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A DENTAL OFFICE. Several times I had to tell her the suction wasn't set right as I was consistently gagging from the excessive saliva in my mouth, as well as getting splashed in my face. Her response, the water pressure was too high. When polishing my teeth, she caught my hair in the machine and I had to pull it to make her stop. Each time I expressed my concerns she responded rudely, even told me I have a problem. The dentist was polite and expressed his apologies. My mouth still hurts a day later. I know discomfort from cleaning is normal, however I should not feel pain.
