Called yesterday to see where it was. They had no idea when it would be in and had no idea how to track it. Um ok. So we told them we needed other items and would be coming today to shop. We planned our day around going. Arrived today and met with a sign that we cannot go in. This information should have been told to us yesterday when WE TOLD THEM we were coming. We need to see what we are buying. So we called from our car to see where this item was we ordered a week ago and asked about yesterday. Now we are told that the manufacturer will not ship without prepayment and they had to get a credit card from an employee to do this. WHAT IS GOING ON? So this was not told to us yesterday ... apparently they sat on the order with our prepayment for almost a week. And we still had to ask again. No one called us to let us know. Now off to restaurant depot to get what we needed and ordered our item from another supplier. Complete waste of time to deal with them. If you like wasting your time and overspending , feel free to shop there. Consider yourself warned. Edit for Angelo's response - I completely understand covid guidelines. The point was that we should have been told that yesterday when we said we were coming out. In addition, the debacle with the item we needed was handled poorly.

OMFiestaware!! I have been here SO MANY times throughout my life I can't even comprehend why I've…read morenever reviewed. I'm an insane collector and have been for decades. I may or may not have place settings for twenty-seven people. I never tire of the tent sales, factory tours, seconds room, main room, and so on. I haven't met a piece of Fiestaware I don't like. The folks who work here are so genuine, like the product they put out. A true family of employees with the same love and obsession as people like me. Homer Laughlin introduced Fiestaware in 1936 and I even have pieces that were my grandmother's. Annually they come out with a new color and I look forward to it every year. All pieces are made here in the factory in this small WV town about an hour from Pittsburgh. The dishes and accessories are durable and last decades. Pieces made between 1936-1972 were made with a radioactive red glaze (worth a fortune now for mad collectors like me). Fear not, the modern-day pieces are lead free. I'm an absolute maniac for Fiestaware and Homer Laughlin (actually have items from their other lines as well). Love love love love. Fiesta Forever!!

Walked in with a girlfriend who's shopped Moxie Cloth a bunch and knows Jeannie - I was between…read moresizes, on my way back down to pre-pandemic weight, and my friend had told me they had some "one size" shorts that were adorable and would be good for me even after I got back into my old clothes. I walked out a few hours later with a giant bag of clothing, lots of mix and match in white, black, and gray - basically a capsule wardrobe. Everything was stylish but extremely comfortable, lovely soft fabrics, will work for me as I size back down and then some, and made me feel very chic. Thanks, Jeannie, for your help, for pushing me a bit out of my comfort zone while still respecting my aesthetic, and for being so sweet!

I have found pretty much all my favorite things in this place. Great customer service and what I personally appreciate most is the "honest" opinion of the owner . She will def tell you if something doesn't look good and help with finding something suitable. I also think this is a great place to find a gift for your best friend ! Love this place !!
