Not only did she respond twice, but she did so over the weekend -- once at 12:30 a.m. on a Saturday and again around 1:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Her responses were detailed, thoughtful, and comprehensive. That level of dedication and care is rare. During Noah's facial, Deyssi invited me into the room to observe. She took the time to explain every single step of the treatment -- what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it would improve his skin. She did the same when recommending products, walking us step-by-step through how to use them, in what order, and how each one would help. She is incredibly thorough and clearly passionate about what she does. The warmth and professionalism we've experienced from both Fargol and Deyssi have been outstanding. In the last few years, Doctor Weitzbach's annual skin cancer checks have found 2 cancers (one requiring radiation and one Mohs surgery) and numerous pre-cancers requiring freezing. The two most serious cancers were caught so early that second opinions from plastic surgeons verified Dr. Weitzbach's early detection saved us from potentially disfiguring surgery that would have been required if the tumors had been allowed to grow. His and his team's treatment of our children has been equally exceptional. Whether treating severe adolescent acne with Accutane, strategies for Psoriasis or simple acne facials, we could not have asked for more or better treatment. Since I had my baby daughter with me, they don't have a changing station in the bathroom so she let me use one of their office with a table to change her diaper. They saw me a little after my appointment time since they were booked but both nurses explain every process to me and made sure I was relaxed.
