I find it odd how they have paper printed stating they don't tolerate verbal or violent acts to their workers. To be honest. Bioreference lab is suppose to be credited for how they are used from multiple doctors offices where their blood samples or urine is collected. However their main office has employees who do not know how to draw blood at all. Why would you poke me in my vein and say it's because I am moving and then keep on wiggling the needle around and still not seeing blood drawn. Meanwhile I even stated its not working because I can see you poked the needle to a spot where my vein is like 2 mm away she tried again at another spot. And wiggled her needle again and this time I literally have a timer counting two minutes to draw 5ml of blood and they said oh I think it's enough. I can only do this on the weekends due to work, but being on such a tight schedule, they're closed without a reason. What urgent care is this? Only open on weekdays 9a-5p, their phones occasionally has issues, false opening hours. On top of that, they're the only covid testing facility in the north flushing region. I want them to stay open since its in a convenient location north of Northern Blvd, but they really need to step up their game. If you're closed on the weekend, update your damn website. And even though they branded RT-PCR as results within 24 hours, it's more like 36 hours just FYI. My test from 11am will receive its result 3pm the next day. Also they open at 9am but I suspect people line up before 8am. I walked in and arrived at 9am when doors open but there were already about 40 people in line before me and it was a long wait and it wasn't my turn until 10:40am.
