He is always up to date with the latest technology and procedures. He isn't too invasive and more on the conservative side of taking care of teeth. I only physically went inside of DosSantos dental one time. The establishment was clean, organized, and filled with helpful and courteous employees. I had another appointment scheduled a month in advance and had to take a day off work to attend it. Less than an hour before my appointment I get a call from the business stating that my insurance had "literally now" denied the service and to come in for a separate treatment instead. I refused and contacted my insurance who stated they never denied any claims and have not received any paperwork regarding such. I'm inclined to believe my insurance company but very shady situation overall. I'll be taking my teeth elsewhere. read more

Best dentist office out there. The staff is very kind, helpful, and goes out of their way for you from calling insurance to get things approved to making you comfortable during visits. Dr DosSantos answers all your questions, explains what he is doing every step of the way. He always stops to check on you to make sure your comfortable. Currently going through the process of getting a implant. First visit for this was super easy and quick. Very little pain and soreness so far. He even called the next day to make sure I was ok. Sept. 27, 2018 Dr. Joan Dendinger has put a crown on a molar tooth in the past, and I've had several check ups done at her office. Each time, I have been very satisfied with the dental treatment and with the cleanings. The staff is very professional, and Dr. Joan Dendinger is wonderful. I had to get a filling done today, and it was pain free. She is very gentle, for a dentist, and she did an excellent job repairing my teeth today. The numbing shot has worn off, and I still don't feel pain in that area, I'm just getting use to the new filling. She even took another x-ray of the molar tooth to make sure that the structure of the filling looked good from a new x-ray. Great Job! Mrs Miller read more

I been coming to Dos Santos for many years now. I love the service, the techs the doctors. Nothing but good vibes.

I have periodontal disease so my gums recede and I require deep cleanings. My last dentist did a surgery to do the deep cleanings and wanted to do another the next year. The experience was extremely unpleasant and I didn't think I needed the surgery again anyway. I started going to Dr. DosSantos then and he said surgery was unnecessary at this point. We will just do better cleanings and keep an eye on things. Heather then did my cleaning and I've never had a better cleaning than what she did! Who knew that hygienists were supposed to actually clean teeth! She is gentle and very thorough! Dr. DosSantos has since done my fillings, root canals, crowns, pulled one tooth and done an implant. None of that is scary with him. He's very excellent at what he does! All dentists should take lessons from him! read more

I am so impressed with Dr. DosSantos and his whole practice. I called their office and told them I was referred to them by my friend and I needed a crown on my back tooth because a big piece broke off. They made me an appointment right away. On my first visit Dr. DosSantos used a very sophisticated imaging devise, painlessly administered an anesthetic injection, shaped what was left of my tooth, made a model of my tooth, made the crown and placed it all in the 1 visit.
