we have actually rented 4-5 dumpsters from them. but on the last rental I was double charged. requested a refund and to my shock, they sent a check out right away. to band they cancels the check before I could cash it. it has now been over 6 months that I have been fighting to try to get my $510 back. DO NOT USE DORSEY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT REFUND IT. I'm sure they were hoping I wouldn't notice. read more

One of the worst experiences I have had with any company. First of all, they will not call or schedule when they will be coming. When they arrived, they parked the dumpster right in front of my garage (my car inside) and left. I couldn't get out to go to work. When they came to "resolve" the issue, again, without letting me know when they were coming, they parked the smaller dumpster in the same place the bigger was was (not solving anything). When they completed, they left 2 fairly large dents in my garage door. I didn't even want to give them one star but there were no options. read more

They called me and yelled at me because they didn't like what I put in the dumpster. I was clear and up front about what I was putting in the dumpster, bathroom demo and some cinder blocks. Instead of a dumpster they sent out a small (maybe 7 yd.) to axial trailer, that cost$400! I assumed the high price was because of the weight but apparently it was just a high price for an inadequate dumpster. Al yelled at me for damaging his investment. I took cinder blocks of (about 12) and asked for some refund or another dumpster to get rid of the cinder block. He told me he didn't know how dispose of the cinder block, and yelled at me some more. I yelled back. He berated me and threatened to come to my house. If there was a negative star that is what I would pick. read more

As I began the process of getting my house ready to sell, the first hurdle was to get rid of 18 yrs accumulation of a "buncha stuff". My realtor highly recommended Dorsey Dumpster. And am I glad she did. Becca was wonderful in giving me advice, making suggestions and getting me set up. Becca and Dorsey Dumpster have been wonderful. She also helped my dad when his basement flooded. We needed to get things cleared out as quickly as we could. When I called Becca, she had a dumpster for us the next day. I would use them again in a heart beat!! read more
