It's the kids school pictures so almost a must have. Dorian tries to make customers happy. Had to do retakes and got authorized but then at school they refused to do retakes and was never refunded for that. Guess it's a picture to laugh at later in years! read more

I pay for it and I never get my photo. I called 2 times. Nothing. They said the school will give me a code. I email school they said I need to contract Dorian. read more

Up to 21 days to receive a digital download? Ridiculous! As bad as Life***ch was, at least you got your downloads fairly quickly.

0 stars! paid a lot of money and two seperate delivery fees to not get either of my kids photos and cant contact them! so unprofessional!

I understand that Dorian Studio Las Vegas photographers take hundreds of pictures a day, but do they even look at the photos while they're taking them? My son's senior pictures taken June 2, are the worst I've ever seen of him with eyes half closed, not sitting straight, and another where he's looking off to the side like a 1970s photo. When I called to ask about a retake, the woman who answered was very abrupt and unhelpful, "Call back one month before our retake date." So my son, and I'm sure many other seniors, will have terrible pictures on their school IDs for the entire year. It's disappointing that neither the photographers nor the company seem concerned about taking quality photos. read more

My sons photos were never deliver to his school. They were reported missing not once but twice and it took over a month post reporting for them to start reprocessing. After reprocessing digital photos they said 14-21 days to process then shipping on top of that to the school and not to me. No agents had any info or advice just it happens you should have called sooner. read more

if I could give this company 0 stars I would! I paid for my child's photos back when school started and NEVER received them! I have been in contact with them several times, provided receipt of purchase, and guess what?!? Still no pictures!! This company is trash, not sure why our ISD uses them! read more

ZERO STARSSSSS !!!!!! This place sucks soooo bad, I miss bell photography for the school so much!!!! Dorian studios is probably the worst they don't even bother to put in the effort to make the students look decent for their school photos. Like at least fix the students hair if you know they've already went to lunch or had PE idk all I got to say about this place is that it sucks & CCSD needs to bring bell photography because THIS PLACE SUCKSSSS. !!!! read more

If I could leave no stars I would. Their photographers dont even bother to let students know if something is obviously out of place in their picture. read more

SCAM! We originally submitted $30 for 3 senior pictures. Price seemed reasonable since my sophomore paid $13 for her 8x10 printed PICTURE. Turns out the information for seniors was misleading, the price was for 3 poses only so the student could choose one for the yearbook, I now have to pay $65 for each picture printed!! So to obtain the 3 8x10 I have to pay $205. Outrageous! Now I understand why they make you pay cash. Everyone has the right to charge what they want, but as a business that caters to schools should communicate with transparency and clarity. I would not recommend these senior photos to anyone, they're certainly not worth the price. read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would! I cannot believe CCSD contracts with such a garbage company and insane prices. It's sad that I can't buy my kids photos for school or sports because I know they will always turn out terrible. Soccer pictures on the basketball court in the gym, my sons eyes were closed in his football pictures, my daughters school pictures weren't even centered, one year she had a hair across her face and I had to get a refund, and the worst one of all....they lost my daughters first communion pictures. They were nowhere to be found and offered to redo them in their studio hahaha Yea let's just reinvent an 8 year olds first communion!!! This list goes on and on. Do not support this company unless you want the worst photos you have ever seen. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! I finally received my child's football photos. They are terrible! After speaking to "Ashley" (more than once), she told me that the photos had passed their quality control and I could send them back for a refund. What I want is what paid for! They cut off my child's feet because they "had to crop out most of the background, and the only way to fit them in the photo was to crop out their feet." Perhaps the photographer should learn how to take a proper photo? The group photo was over exposed and a huge sun-glare through the top of the photo, which means the photographer didn't use the proper lighting. Never again! Terrible photos and customer service! read more

First time dealing with this company and I'm not impressed. Why would I want to preorder photos before pictures are even taken?! I finally see my children's pictures and I don't like it. Kids are slouching, hair is messy, etc. Unfortunately looks like CCSD uses this company for school pics. read more

I don't know if these photographers don't care or if they that bad at their job! Again this year, they have provided a below par photo of my daughter. I am a photographer and I would not accept this picture when it was taken and yet they send me a form to purchase from them. Our school system needs to pick a new photography group. For the amount they want for each photo, this is ridiculous. read more

My children going to a new school, they don't want to move, but the economy gives us no choice.... Senior year, picture day, one/two day notice from the school, second week of school , so not prepared. Elementary until now you pay ahead of time. Go to Dorians web site pay $80 plus , too expensive for low grade package but hey it's your done graduation, just do it. But wait Dorian can't find your child, multi emails back and forth. Then you get a card from the school to order but wait I did already??? Contact Dorian just to for them to say that was fall portions I ordered and they will refund me. Refund me? No fight , $ 80 plus , what I miss. O' I got you now . Went to order graduation pictures lowest package after tax 150 plus. I see your Dorian, yes we all see you..... You get zero stars! read more

I thought it was just me but it looks like from the reviews that it's the company. Dorian took my daughters high school soccer team pictures. She's a freshman so we were so excited to get her pictures. Disappointed is an understatement. My daughters school has an amazing artificial tuff field but for whatever reason the photographer decided to take the girls pictures on lumpy grass with the parking lot in the background. There was no attempt to crop more edit the background at all. I ordered a package with a plaque ... the plaque was in a plastic bag and the plaque looked sooo blurry. So blurry that I thought it had to be the plastic cause a professional would never dare to send a picture that blurry. Nope it wasn't the plastic. You also think they would package and give the pictures you spent so much money on in less then just a plastic bag. No cardboard backing in the bag nothing ... so of course all the corners of the pictures are bent. Although my daughter look amazing the lack of effort from this company is beyond me. I am now in search of a real photographer that will at least make an effort. read more

Extraordinary prices, got the order shipped wrong. Instructions for help, order number and access code sent for web support are all useless, for some reason they sent 2 and neither can be found. So we paid a pile of money for pics we didn't get and I cannot get support. read more

This company charged up the *** got basic pictures just so they can make money. 1 senior picture $75??? That's ridiculous. This company needs to think about the families that are barely making it. I know tons of people who couldn't afford for buy their children's pictures because of the price. Shame on you Dorian Studios read more

Hi , with several emails back and forth they charged me twice for shipping when my kids go to the same school. If it were me I would only charge one time shipping for the same address ! Not two or three times that's ridiculous in my book ! Have a good night! With love @jenscamshots read more

Horrible picture taking! Don't trust these photographers they are literally the worst photographers. Don't give them a cent. I will be reaching out to my child's school district about canceling their contract with with them and going with a better local company. read more

Thank you Dorian Studio. Pictures came out excellent. No retake was needed. Parents were informed they can show up during photo sessions and help them smile. Never had to do retakes because 1st time pictures looked great. On the frames in my room. read more

While my twins were getting their senior photos done, the photographers took great care making sure we had good photos. They answered all my questions and took their time- no rush. The only complaint I have is about my daughter's band photo. She said the photographers seemed rushed that time and I would have had it retaken, but she had to turn in her band uniform. The background is a sweep-style fabric, but it is incredibly WRINKLED. Maybe they should carry with them a hand-held steamer to fix the problem. read more

My kids photo is horrible taken in school.I dont recommend but school prefers DORIAN.

I would not recommend getting your pictures done here. I will strongly recommend going elsewhere for quality style pictures for the price they are charging as well. I did not like the pictures I ordered and when I tried to reach out to them regarding an accidental double charge, they were not much of an help. I was told it will take a month to even get the pictures and then afterwards I could send back the photo and wait even longer for the refund. Even though, they have a huge area on the site regarding what customers are saying, they clearly leave out what the majority of customers are also saying about the return policy or refunds. Agent is forever offline and they never respond back to emails. I had to call multiple times. Absolutely worse customer service ever. Thanks for making things externally hard to get decent graduation picture packages and returns. read more

It is completely unacceptable to not answer the phone EVER or return emails with picture problems. First, they posed my son and many other kids in a weird position that is making many of them want retakes. Next, I paid nearly $80 for pictures including premium touch ups and they didn't do ANYTHING to touch up a bit of acne my son had on picture day. I have tried at least a dozen times to reach them and never get a call back. I am about ready to do a chargeback on my credit card. Maybe that will make them take notice. read more

No one answers the phone. Website won't let you pay. You pay $13.00 to touch up a photo and it looks like they did nothing at all. Pain in the butt. I have better things to do. read more

For the second year in a row my daughter did not receive her photos at school.Paid for the photos the day of pictures.Have called numerous times about the situation and keep getting the run around about why she didn't receive her pictures. Finally spoke to someone today says that the photos are being sent to me but the name we PAID FOR WOULD NOT BE ON THE PHOTOS.Why is it so hard to get our child's photos that we pay for?NOT A HAPPY PARENT read more

Wish I could give zero stars!!!!! Hello, my name is Ronald Young, my wife and I received our children's pictures and were not happy at all! Out of 5 of the children on 2 came back decent. My wife called at 3:39 pm and a lady answered the phone with a annoyed tone, my wife explained her frustration and the lady basically dismissed it and made excuses, she then went on after my wife asked to speak to a manager and told her she needed to listen to her, and refused to transfer her, she also detailed that my wife could make a report with the BBB which she will being doing if a manager does not call back! And that young lady we would like to file a formal compliant. Call us back at 702-587-7547 Also she hung up on my wife! read more

I was very late in realizing that I hadn't received a part of my son's senior graduation package from a month ago. I used the online chat option and was connected with Audrey S. She addressed my question about the order and assisted in providing me with a replacement since the initial order that was sent 6/24 did not arrive to me. I want to make sure that Audrey is recognized for her quick, efficient, and friendly service for this absent minded mom! read more

Ordered my son's Freshman school photos online. Had to pay the $35 for the minimal package. Finally received the pics a month later only to find 1/2 were of my son and the other four pics were of a girl from his school. I showed my son the pictures of the girl, he laughed because they had the wrong name printed on the photos as well!! When I emailed the company to send out more of the correct photos of my son, they requested that I send the incorrect pictures back to them and they'd get it fixed. Why would I pay to send four completely incorrect pictures back to them only to be thrown away?? This is a family owned company for decades....someone is rolling in their grave seeing how their company is going downhill fast! Sad. read more

My son had his retakes on 10/23 because he missed the original picture day due to illness. Being an absent minded first grader he forgot his envelope with the check in his backpack. They still took his picture, for the yearbook. I went to their website and saw I could order online, so I did. I called to verify that even though they weren't paid at the time the picture was taken, would we still get his order. The customer service agent I spoke to was amazing, she was friendly, and extremely helpful. read more

my child's pictures were horrible, obviously the photographer was well aware. the online customer service rep, Ashley was snarky and did not care of the organizations "Satisfaction Guarantee". the refund policy is not customer oriented and the retake process is not convenient. If i could give less than 1 star i would. This year our school will not recieve there yearbooks. This company put childrens photos that requested not to be placed in the yearbook. So the entire school will not receive there keepsake. They are saying they will give refunds June 4, but that is not acceptable, They have messed up, who ever is at fault, it does not matter, to the children and parents. The photo quality is getting worse each year anyway. read more

Excellent Service. Received my boys school pictures exactly pictured like how i wanted. Clear and all of them smiling. Its hard to get them to smile for pictures but they made it happen. Took 2-4 weeks to receive. My forever memory to show them when theyre older. I will be ordering more pictures soon. Thank you Dorian studio. read more

Look, we all know that this company is a complete sham and a ripoff. The problem here is not that we all 'want' to order pictures from them. The problem is that none of us have a choice because they managed to con millions of schools into using them for pictures. My guess is that they kick back money to the schools [which is fine - if they told us that], but do so underhandedly and this company is TERRIBLE. If you want to do something about this, don't complain on yelp. Call your principal and write a letter to the superintendent for the district your school is in and complain loudly. read more

I'm disappointed I have to pay for two to four poses since these are for the yearbook, it should be free. More parents will buy if you take 6-8 shots and send us the proofs. Not sure how this is legal since the "sitting fee" is for a high school yearbook. read more

Paid for pictures.. got them and my sons arm was cut off in the picture. Called and complained.. my choices were send the pictures back and get a refund.. which would leave me with no picture of him in his uniform or accept the crap photo. IT WAS THEIR ERROR!! But I have to pay to return the photos?? And wait even longer for them to send me the correct ones??
