The list was super creative and well balanced for the season and heat. I opted for a cocktail with fresh squeed Grapefruit, Gin, fresh JUNIPER BERRIES, rosemary and elderflower tonic. It was served in a giant wine glass with ice and they give you the tonic on the side so you can make it as strong as you want. I thought this presentation was lovely, whimsical and fun. The cocktail was one of the best I've ever had and that is saying A LOT. Since I've been back I cannot stop thinking about it. For my second I got a blackberry, sage drink. It was good, but not nearly as memorable as the first. The hubs got an aperol spritz again, and to finish we got some sparkling rose - perfect for a hot night.
