However, when I called within that next before the warranty was over to try and get someone to service the door, the man on the line seemed very annoyed and would not send anyone over -- he even said "if I send someone over and it's just basic maintenance then you're going to be charged for the visit." It was not kind and neither was it forward looking to try and maintain positive relationships with their customers. I didn't bother calling back.
