OMG!!! I just got off of THE BEST ghost tour EVER!!! So much fun and so much history!!! I even caught a spirit (or lace haha) on my camera at the Noble House. So interesting!!! And I have to say that THE COUNT (aka Danny) is what made this experience PERFECT! He is the consummate story teller, weaving these creepy tales with incredible mastery. The entire trip had the backdrop of a spooky mix of haunting music. On the way back we were treated to freaky sing a longs and trivial pursuit. All in all, it was a blast from start to finish. The tour itself was enjoyable, but I was very disappointed that the COVID-19 measures that were mentioned online were not followed. Our trolley was certainly over 75% capacity, windows were not open for air flow and masks were not mandatory or enforced. read more

Im giving this three stars because hank was nice. We went on the ghost tour and it was just OK. Not scary or remotely intriguing. Actually very cheesy, my fiance liked it but he likes anything ghost stuff etc. So it doesn't count. Yes the driver and your guide was nice and funny a little and the stories were kinda interesting but it was beyond boring!! Honestly google the non scary ghost stories, tour the location yourself and save the 54 bucks. Not worth it at all. Big disappointment and way to hyped. Let's be honest. Kinda bummed I lost 2 hours of my vacation doing this. read more

We had a wonderful day doing the wine tour on the Trolley. Our driver was David and he was absolutely wonderful. He make the environment completely entertaining and DJed music the whole time. We all were singing having a great time. The trolley was clean and beautiful. David is definitely an asset to the company and we wouldn't have wanted anyone other than him driving us around. We took the "scenic tour" and had a great time. The driver , Bob, was funny and interesting! We learned about the local history and learned about things to do in the area. Book this your first day to give you an overview of the area. There are other tours too that people were taking about. If we had time I would have wanted to take the ghost tour. We went on two trolley tours in the same day. We did the premier wine tour and the haunted pub crawl. The premier wine tour was my favorite. We had Henk as our tour guide. Henk was very interactive and made the tour really enjoyable. The wineries we visited were really fun and we had private tastings at each one. There was enough time at each location to sample the wines and even have a glass. The only part of the tour I didn't care for was the cider place we stopped at. I think another winery would have been better. We will definitely do this tour again. The haunted pub crawl was more disappointing. It wasn't necessarily a bad tour, and our guide made it as enjoyable as he could, but the stories weren't really "haunted" stories and the pubs were pretty generic. There was a lot of time at each stop, but I think the tour would have been better with more ghost stories of door county. I'm thinking our next trip we will try one of the other ghost tours. read more

We saw one of the flyers and made or reservation for the haunted trolley tour. The guide, stories and stops were great. The only reason I can't give them a 5 is because we had one unruly guest with us. They were being loud before we even departed so we asked if we could wait for the next trolley. Unfortunately the clerk told us no that we had to get on the first trolley because it wasn't full yet. This guest really monopolized and interfered with our guide. I wish the guide would have done something to reign them in our remove them. We did really like the stories and learning about the history of the area. read more

Have done this tour twice before (both times the Haunted Pub Crawl) and had an awesome time. Our host on those two occasions was great fun, kept careful watch of all guests, shared scary stories, encouraged singing and dancing and played music according to the crowd, and at a volume we could all enjoy. This time (early November 2020) our host Nick was grumpy, barely had the music turned up, had little to say and spent each stop working the single girls at the bars more than managing his trolley guests. Maybe he was having a bad night. It was nothing more than a ride to 4 establishments from our hotel and back. We could have hired a stretch limo for my party of 6, door to door, for 5 hours for a comparable cost. Disappointing. read more

The ghost tour is a creepy and fun way to explore a different side of Door County, if you're into that sort of historical side of things (death and hauntings and whatnot). However, I felt as though our tour guide was acting a little too much and tales that would normally genuinely be scary became a bit goofy. Still a good time though! read more

Me and about 10 other girls booked the Wine Tour for a bachlorette party and couldn't have had a better time - and this is coming from someone who doesn't drink, lol. Our driver, Bob, was a hoot and we think that played a big role into the fun parts! He had a great personality, played lots of fun music, danced, and engaged with us at all times. He also shared some fun facts depending on where we were at, and clued us in on certain things at each location. He always was clear on when to return to the Trolley, and the day went really smooth. The tickets cost $75 but that included 4 stops at wineries, PLUS, a full lunch with entree, dessert, and drink. At each stop, there was plenty of time to explore, but not to the point where you felt like it was taking forever too! Everyone we came across was very pleasant too! Excellent experience - and curious about the other tours for the future! read more

My wife, my parents and I did the ghost tour, we've done ghost tours all over the country including in Alaska, Hawaii, Texas, Georgia, and Illinois and this was one of the best we've ever done. We went on the lighthouse tour and had a wonderful time. We saw three lighthouses and learned about their history. Our tour guide was awesome! I think his name was Steve but I could be wrong. He just had such a calm voice and provided additional knowledge, like where to get good food. I think we were gone for 4 hours or so. I will go on another tour with them! I organized the haunted pub crawl trolley tour for myself and 4 friends. The cost was $74/per person $10 of which was the cost for drop off and pick up at a designated resort. Our trolley driver was Kyle was not engaging and allowed 2 additional people on the trolley who didn't pay and sat on their boyfriend's laps. Loud music prevented any communication with others on the trolley & he seemed in a hurry to simply hang with friends he knew at each pub. One restaurant/pub saw our sticker which indicated we were on the tour and refused to let anyone from the crawl sit at tables, even when we said we were going to order an appetizer. Each stop (There are 4) is 45 minutes and it wasn't a pleasure to stand that whole time at mentioned pub. You do get a free mug and drink which is cool. That's about it !!!!! NOT worth the money !!! read more

I left a message on his machine today because one of his trolleys thought it was ok to turn around in my driveway today, even though it was marked with signs saying "private drive no u turn". He called me now and just yelled at me, saying I'm just a tourist from Chicago and I should shut up and get the hell out. Um, the Hickey family has been here since 1854, jerk. And I'm going to make sure everyone we know knows what a completely rude idiot he is to call and scream at me after his trolley driver trespassed. read more

Several of us had been on a Door County Trolley tour before so we were anxious to try the Haunted Pub Trolley...very disappointing...it's evident that the tour leader must be good and ours was not. His stories were quick and uninteresting....and there are many haunted locations in Door County. It was more of a party trolley, which is just fine if it's advertised that way. Also, you stop at 3 bar/restaurants and stay for a really long time at each...I think they should let you know the length of time they are in a particular location so that you'd know if you should order food or just drinks. Some of the people on our trolley were so drunk by the last stop and the music playing on the trolley had nothing to do with the theme by that time of night (one woman was practically pole dancing in front and pulled her shirt up several times, crazy?). Won't be recommending this tour to anyone ... read more

Family tour... was amazing. Practically a sing Along with Disney songs. First song the whole trolly broke out in Daniel tiger's neighborhood. The guy driving was incredibly kid friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone with small children. read more

Haunted Trolley Pub Crawl We did this pub crawl and it was great. Todd was our tour guide. He was very personable. He was sure to make everyone feel that they were the most welcomed person on his trolley. The people on the pub crawl interacted with each other so, we ended our tour with 44 new best friends. Todd's selection of music was great. It started out eerie and ended with those great songs you are embarrassed to admit you like. And of course the entire trolley had to sing along. I would highly recommend this one as there are spots where you can get off the trolley and go look at the site itself which was pretty cool. This is probably my favorite steak house in town. The wine slush was to die. Everything was very classy from the ruins of the first suicide house to the dumpy apartment from the last murder. One thing to note- they definitely oil their seats. They can be quite slippery as I fell out of my bench twice. Also this establishment is very friendly to a local gang known as the denim dancers. The reeked havoc and once I saw all those jeans i knew something was hinky. They were there to make the stories more dramatic and lied about being from waukesha. High note - the tour guide was the most knowledgeable about all the murders. He also has great taste in props and music. Low point - if you don't know the lyrics to sweet Caroline you will be chastised by other patrons. read more
