EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP We have many 18th and 19th Century English antiques and have been thrilled with the repairs they have been able to accomplish. Since Warren of San Francisco retired, we have not trusted our repairs to anyone until we met Dustin. After many years of leaving things broekn, we were able to have the necessary repairs completed with Dustin's workshop. PS -- He is not good at time estimates to complete projects. I can not recommend enough not to go to this shop. The product we got was incomplete compared to what I described. He missed two key things I wanted for the design of the piece and did not do what I asked but still charged the high end of the quoted price. He also never wrote a formal quote nor gave me a detailed invoice. Then on the invoice I did get he just put random discount with no explanation to make it exactly what the high end quote was. read more

We reached out to Dooley's Wood Works, when Mor's Furniture failed us when we had purchased this beautiful couch that had broke within 3 months of purchasing it. Mor's Furniture only cares about the sale of household goods, not the quality of their products. Dooley's answered questions and concerns within 24-hours of my message being sent. The price range was very reasonable and between what he had quoted $160-$240, we paid a total of $200 for the 1.5 they spent restoring our poorly made furniture. They were both very pleasant gentleman, and very professional. It was very comfortable having them in our home, they gave us many options for a pay method. I just received my MAGNIFICENT pine distressed Mantle! Wow! It is GORGEOUS! Dennis was the only contractor to call me back to discuss my custom mantle project. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. He listened carefully to my desires and created a template of my complex corner mantle, so the beam fit snuggly against the angled walls. He made if from scratch from a piece of timber. He stained it perfectly to match my beautiful walnut floors! He discussed wood choices with me. It was a very easy process.
