My partner and I bought a house with hardwood floors that showed the 60 years of wear and tear on…read morethem along with some damaged areas from water. We had two options to repair the floors: (1) we could sand them down and get dust everywhere or (2) refinish the floors with Mr. Sandless of Northern Nevada. It would cost a lot for option 1 and would be a reasonable cost with option 2. We went with option 2 and are delighted to see the final product! Mr. Sandless was able to buff and blend the areas that were most damaged in a way that I didn't think was achievable. Yes, our floors still show that these floors have existed for 60 years, but we love that and love thinking about the history of who lived in our house before us. The best part about the floors are that we had a matte finish and this finish feels so smooth to walk on and is pleasing on the eyes. Mr. Sandless was also a delight to work with. He kept me informed of every step of the process and shared updates regularly. He was kind and a fun person to be around. I finally confronted him over the phone and he said "I"m done with you" and told me to F--k off. Very unprofessional. When my husband went to pick it up he lied and said there had been no contact and my wife didn't know what she was talking about. The man is trash and has NO ethics.
