Not going to get into full details but as their return policy is not posted anywhere in person or on the receipt, Roman is stating all firearms purchases are final as he also refused to advise me what time the store manager would arrive to the store the next day. He was extremely rude and is the complete opposite of their sales person code of conduct. This past fishing season I found myself in need of a new rod and reel. I talked to the retired pro…read moreat my Canton Ohio Fin Feather and Fur and he recommended a Fenwick rod and Abu Garcia reel. Pure fishing. Inc. has been outfitting pros for decades. They carry lots of other brands and they are U.S.A. centered. I began fishing with this new combo and I was thrilled with it. I had never owned such an expensive or luxurious combo in my life.Turning 65 with a terminal illness so each year may be my last I figured I had earned the luxury. About two weeks in, my line gets caught up in grasses and freakishly the rod tip broke off! I was heartsick! I could never afford to replace that rod. The pro at FFF suggested I contact Pure Fishing direct. I'm glad I did. The photo is of the new Fenwick Bass Elite that PureFishing.com provided for free when they determined the break was equipment failure not abuse. I cannot say enough good about the service team particularly Erika and Amanda. Thanks to everyone at PureFishing.com

I called customer service because there is no way to contact them for website issues and the lady I spoke to didn't know how to fix it. Not surprised. She told me I should just create another account. I tried, but I get a message stating an account already exists for this person. So, unless I move to a new address and change my email address, I can no longer have an account with PSA. No big loss, as I can get anything they sell at many other online retailers. They were convenient, and I was trying to support a US based business. But businesses like this make is so hard for me to continue trying to support US businesses. So, don't change your phone number without first getting permission from PSA. LMAO. What a sorry excuse for a business.
