Wags does an excellent job with their daycare dogs! There is plenty of land for them to run around in, and we never had to worry about dogs being unsupervised or getting into fights. The check-in process was easy, and the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. She even gave us tips on finding the right kind of crate for her at home based on their observations at daycare. Most importantly, our puppy absolutely loved coming here. One time she ran out of our house when my mother-in-law accidentally left the door open while unloading groceries, and we eventually found her sitting inside the car hoping to be brought to Wags! Thanks to Wags for taking such good care of our girl.

Do NOT send your dog here…read more I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of care and respect my dog received at this kennel. I gave clear, explicit instructions not to put any blankets or stuffed animals in her kennel due to her tendency to chew and ingest them. Despite this, they ignored my instructions, and my dog ended up ingesting a blanket. Even worse, they allowed her to reingest the blanket after she threw it up, which clearly shows no one was properly supervising her, despite their claims of being 'concerned.' Instead of addressing this as an emergency or focusing on her care, they tried to have someone pick her up, not because of any serious issue, but because they claimed she was 'just sad.' To top it off, they later informed me that she is no longer welcome back due to 'biting.' This is completely false--my dog has not bitten anyone, and we even gave permission to muzzle her if needed. The complete disregard for my instructions, their failure to properly supervise her, and the false accusations about her behavior demonstrate a severe lack of professionalism and care. I would not recommend this kennel to anyone who values the well-being and safety of their pets.

We were advised to do X-rays and consulted on everything and the staff were very supportive My cat was diagnosed with Lyme Disease, Pancreatitis, constipation, dehydrated, 3 fused backbones making it impossible for him to walk. We chose to put him at peace. I would definitely recommend this veterinary care hospital. Thank you Dr and all the staff for your support.
