We have brought our other pups to them as well and they have always been in great hands and come home in WAY better condition than they went in! I made an appointment for my Mini Schnauzer here because our regular groomer was ill. I was…read moreoptimistic when the gentleman told me it would only take 1 to 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. When I got there to pick her up I saw the problem. He had totally cut her beard off. I informed him she had a mat in her beard when I dropped her off, but with our normal groomer this is not a problem. The mat is removed and she still has a beard. After I got her home I realized that her haircut nowhere near resembled a typical Schnauzer cut. Her legs were completely shaved down, eyebrows and skirt shaved off. My Mini Schnauzer is unrecognizable. The worst part is that it cost me $10 more than at our original groomer's. Do yourself a favor, go see Four Paws Only in Benton.
