We found about 10 breeders all across the East Coast but the information on Doodle Squad Puppies website and the quick responses made it a no brainer! Cristin responded right away with any questions and concerns we had and after only 1-2 conversations, decided to put our deposit in. We were notified when our puppy was born and was able to watch him grow on the Instagram account, which was super helpful since we weren't local. They gave us all of the information we needed to know before bringing our puppy home and made the puppy pick up process super easy! We loved working with Cristin, Nick, Rhonda, and Mike at Doodle Squad Puppies to bring home our amazing and well behaved puppy!

I couldn't be less impressed with them. Will never use them for anything. We have an elderly dog,…read morethat they now refuse to board because she's "too difficult to care for." Said she wouldn't eat or drink, and couldn't move. Yet, she walked right out, wagging her tail. I'm confident they dehydrate the dogs on purpose, as every time my dog comes home, she drinks like she's never seen water before. So, an animal care center, as long as your animal doesn't need any care... at all. Absolute worst facility I've ever used. It's 1 star because Yelp won't let me put zero.

My previous experiences at Marysville Animal Care were wonderful, but today was much different. My…read morepuppy had an appointment for the last round of her puppy shots, and rabies vaccine. She has had no previous issues receiving vaccines. Today we did not see the same dr/vet there that we have previously. The vet tech/assistant was holding my puppy and had her ready for the vet to administer the vaccines. The vet was very chat, and delayed giving the vaccines. Eventually puppy started getting nervous, and started to jerk away. She did not attempt to nip or bite. The vet made the quick decision that she did not feel comfortable, and want to reschedule and send her home with medication to sedate her and have me bring her back. I felt this was a little unnecessary, but agreed. When I went to check out I was told I was paying for an office exam and the meds. When I enquired if that meant that I would not be paying for an office exam when I brought puppy back, they stated I would. When I started questioning this the receptionist I was speaking with became very rude. I told them I did not feel this was fair as I did not make the decision to not have the vaccines given today. I spoke with the office manager, who was quite condescending, and apparently didn't think I understood why I should be paying for 2 appointments. Ultimately I advised them I would not be bring her back, and made her an appointment elsewhere. I probably would have just paid for everything, had they not been so nasty about the fact I was even questioning it.

I had to call three more times for them to finally schedule me. When I scheduled the appointment through the phone they mentioned nothing about being "non refundable". So when I canceled my appointment weeks in advance they still said nothing about refunds. I had to call AGAIN and ask where my refund was, they said everything is non refundable. I had my dad call them and ask for a refund for me, and they told him they told me that they're non refundable. WHICH THEY NEVER DID. I'm 19 years old, I do not make enough for $110 to be NOTHING. Could you imagine if I had to pay rent and didn't have enough because they refuse to give me my money back? Or if I couldn't afford to pay groceries? That's a lot of money for someone my age. This humane society doesn't have an ounce of my respect. The customer service is horrible. The management is ridiculous. The least they could've done is tell me it's non refundable.
