I changed my phone number which I understand caused a miscommunication but when I didn't reply to confirm the service, I should've received an email requesting to do the service. This was insanely unprofessional and scared me and my dogs as we did didn't know somebody was going to be entering the backyard. This person didn't even knock on our front door to ask if it was OK to start the service. Also, you say that you texted me and then I responded but I never responded. I couldn't have possibly responded as that's not my number anymore. Unless somebody else responded on that new number that's all I could think of, but I literally don't have access to that phone number anymore, so it could not have been me that responded. I had responded to you previously but ever since our initial first text after the first day that you cleaned my house I never responded after that because I got a new number after that.

They potty in the front yard/side yard and Ryan's team members comes out and gets the job done. Remember it's an auto renewal after 30 days! They text you 15-30 minutes ahead of time to let you know when they're on the way. Which is a plus because you need to let the dogs go potty once more before bringing them back inside until they're done. The deodorizer helps a lot as well, but there's some days I feel like the poo smell stills lingers. Even when there's no new poo. My dogs poo just stinks that bad that it lingers! Lol! The initial clean up everywhere you look its clean! Even the smallest pup that goes and hides his poo they will find it and take it away. I'm surprised! Would definitely recommend if you need your yard sanitize, deodorize, and clean up. Ryan and his team is the best so far that I've encountered. All professional and friendly as well.

I went onto Rover and sent a request for a pet sitter for two dogs . Dara from Swoop N Go contacted me saying that she was available to come to the hotel and pet sit our dogs. Dara and her friend Mike came the 1st night. They were both so caring with our pets and communicated through out the night with photos of the walks they went on. I asked if she was available to come back the next day. Dara and her friend Jolene once again came to the hotel and took care of our sweet babies so that we could focus on family . Dara is a life saver, but more importantly she is such a compassionate animal lover, I felt I've known her forever .
