When I arrived I was told the creative artist that I booked with was running late - and that I could have another creative artist - she seemed fine. Please don't ever go to this hairdressers - I have ended up with orange brittle hair, no style, and £194 worse off. I have had to book an appointment with a local hairdressers to see if they can sort out the mess that RUSH have made of my hair. How they have ever won awards I will never know - the service is terrible. I am so upset.

Went to Rush recently and would not recommend it to anyone. I told the 'style director' I wanted…read morethe same style (soft and wavy, unstructured bob) but tidied up, taking it just 1/2 inch shorter (as this was my first time I didn't want any re-styling till i was confident that he understood where i was coming from). I also provided a photo of the style. Despite all my attempts to make sure the stylist knew what I wanted I came away with a 'look' that left me mortified!!! The end result was very much like a mullet. Short on top and long at the sides. Technically it may be a good cut, but on me it is wrong .. wrong .. wrong. Now I have to go back to Toni & Guy (been going many years) with my tail between my legs and get them to sort this out - which i'm sure will mean having to go cropped!

It is a lovely looking hair salon, and you always receive A+ treatment from the members of staff. I have been visiting The Court Yard for about half a year now, and i have always been very satisfied with my hair cut and colour. I recently had my nails done, and they lady was such a joy. She was very friendly, and my nails looked gorgeous. The Court Yard is probably not the cheapest place in Maidstone, but if you want great service, then its worth the extra money.
