The owners do not have the same passion for their business as their parent- the original owners, as evidenced by the poor customer service and low quality of their products. Donuts are seldom ready by 5:30 when they open, and wait times on other items are long. There's an odd system of tracking what time each donut sells out to be better prepared for the next week, yet the amount never changes and they continue to sell out too early in the day- refer back to the "we've always done it this way" part. If you're looking to apply, the pay is barely above minimum wage, and there are no raises unless you're okay with a $1 raise for being the manager. Tips are paid out monthly, not daily or weekly. And the owners are not the nicest people. Again, they don't appear to have the same passion for the place as the original owners. The donuts may be large one day and tiny the next, and some may not be available at all due to lack of employees or the day of the week. Calling ahead is the ONLY way to ensure you'll get what you want. ​
