I picked up a brochure and discovered it was "That's Amore" located in Thomastown! That's the place! They don't just sell cheese here either. If you love beautiful Italian cheese - imagine fresh tubs of ricotta & tasty pecorino, delicious ricotta canoli to have with coffee, or fancy mouth watering porchetta in a crispy bread roll, like those you may have tasted in a Perugian town in Italy, then you should definitely visit That's Amore.

I've driven past a few times and today I'm delighted that I stopped to try them out. It's breakfast o'clock and there is table service so take a seat and someone is right with you. They get it right with taking a coffee order right away, do I look like I need one? Well I did need one and lucky for everybody it was made promptly and delivered with a smile. Today I chose the Big Breaky Burger. I find it hard not to give these a try everywhere. I noted on the menu some additional ingredients that you won't typically see. This burger was clearly of a higher class. When it arrived (which was surprisingly quick, I guess they are quiet today, but awesome) the presentation was pretty eye catching. I blurted our something stupid and incomprehensible to the waitress. What I meant to say was "that looks awesome" and "thank you". Let's cut to the juice. The coffee is great, smooth with no bitterness! The bacon is delicious, maybe a light smokey flavour and crisped to perfection. The burger is made on a fluffy brioche bun as it should be. The avocado was generous and had a slight lemon flavour like they cared for it delicately begins the scenes. I love this place after one visit! I'll be back, and I'll bring other people. Give it a try!
