I got a Thai iced tea with boba! It was nice and sweet! Very good service, the lady was so sweet! She gave my son a little donut bite!

At first glance, it looked like parking was limited to the street, but after calling, I found out…read morethere is a parking lot on the corner, which made things much easier. The restaurant itself is small but mighty, with a cozy feel and a menu that delivers. Everything is made to order, and they offer a rotating selection of local craft beers, which is a nice touch if you like trying something new. We ordered the spicy Korean wings, and thankfully they were not overly spicy, making them easy to enjoy. The real standout, though, was the Blvd burger. It was excellent and easily the highlight of the meal. I will definitely be coming back to try more of their burgers. Overall, the prices were better than most places, especially considering the quality. Definitely worth a visit.

PARKING There's a parking lot on the east side, about 1-2 addresses down. I could see how it could fill up, but there was plenty of parking on a Thursday night! SERVICE Tbh service was a bit slow with limited workers, but it didn't bother us. The worker did come up multiple times to place orders, clear out dishes, and bring out boxes. DRINKS Pleasantly surprised by number of local draft beer options, soju cocktails, and a few wines. The soju cocktails taste good and surprisingly creeps up to you.. it doesn't taste that strong! FOOD Fantastic!! Surprised at such great quality for a gastropub. The Guacho Grinder is a steak sandwich w/ Chimichurri on a soft french roll - beware the sandwich does fall apart when eating but it's so worth it! Very clean and friendly community! Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that I had tried coming a few times due to my schedule I would always be too…read morelate. Today I risked running out of gas to make it lol. My first impression was the service, the owner was present and she was super kind and engaging in conversation and I loved that! Second, my sandwich met my expectations!!! NOT DRY, bunch of crunchy bits, nice pickles and peppers in my sandwich. I loved every bit and will be back later with my husband! Thank you for making your shop so welcoming and being so helpful. The owner was super apologetic about her hours and me not making it in the past (which she shouldn't be) and she mentioned I can call ahead when that happens and she can wait for me which was very nice to hear! Please give this place a try you won't be disappointed!!!!

Since I was out and about in the Lakewood area, I wanted to try someplace new. OJ's was on my list…read moreand 3 minutes from my medical appointment so I hit the Yellow Brick Road looking for a sandwich. OJ's is located in a small strip mall but parking is adequate so no worries there. Having checked out the menu on Yelp, I already knew I wanted the Italian. I had called twice before I drove there but no one picked up so I was relieved they were open. The Italian contains ham, cotto salami, mortadella, and best of all capocollo with provolone. The large is enough for 2 people to split or make 2 meals out of if you're not ravenous. All the lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini, and onions were very fresh and the roll was nice and soft. The Works sub must be a real monster. Service was great. My sub was done in a snap and I was ready to go. Very friendly staff working the shop. The only let down was being charged for using a credit card. I didn't see any sign but maybe I just missed it. It was only 75 cents so no biggie but it would be nice if they could tell you there's a charge if you'd rather pay cash. Oh well. I'd like to try some other sandwiches the next time I'm in the neighborhood. Thank you OJ's!
