They offer complimentary coffee with a purchase - if I heard right. I didn't take it because I had to stay awake. They have a large parking lot, right next to the 91 freeway.

The brown butter chocolate chip cookie was a standout--really delicious and worth going back for. On the other hand, the churro-flavored cookie and the chocolate chip walnut cookie didn't do it for me. They were a bit lacking in flavor, and I personally prefer my cookies to have that crispy-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside texture. These were softer than I like, but that could just come down to preference. One thing I did really like is that they give full cookie samples, not just tiny bites--that's a nice touch and shows confidence in their product. Service was very good, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, I'd come back to try more of their cakes and definitely get the brown butter chocolate chip cookie again.

There was a long line out the door, but surprisingly, it moves quickly and you can get into the establishment. Lots of friendly people waiting to take your order when you get to the counter. You place your order with them and then you order your drinks at the check out counter. I ordered the cheddar jalapeño sourdough, almond croissant, cinnamon roll, and kouign-amann. Everything tasted delectable! For my next visit, I would love to try their bagels.

The bread was very difficult to chew through. We both agreed, we wish the sandwich had been warmed up, or something to help bite through the chew. But the flavors were great! There were dates, and pickled something that cut through the sweetness and richness. We also had the peach and cream croissant. SO good! The cream was delicious, the croissant was flaky delicious. My friend also ordered the brownie to take back to her fiancé. We sat outside but you can sit inside as well, it just gets a little packed. It's very busy here, but they get you in and out asap. Plenty of parking which is lovely.

Location has been upgraded, variety increased, service just as personal as before. I asked what's new as I know they adapt to each season & customers' suggestions. I'm extremely happy they have found a brick and mortar spot, because the at home bakery was getting a little wild. If you're curious about this mom and pop bakery, they create delicious traditional pan dulce (Mexican sweet bread), all artisanal, meaning it's all made by hand and with quality ingredients. They've been mentioned and written about on Telemundo, LA eater, La Opinion, even food influencers have been in. Yes, their bread is that good. You might say they don't have a various amount of selection, okay fine, I get your point, BUT you need to take into account that this bread is HAND MADE! and yes, EVERYDAY. This isn't your typical standardized pan dulce either, it's curated from a small pueblo in Copala Mexico, that the owner has spent all her life crafting to get the flavors right. Some breads have unique names such as gusanitos, niños, and borrachos-- but don't let the wacky names fool you, they are absolutely packing in flavor. They also have delicious fried arroz con leche and delicious oven baked camote morado empanadas, and they sell out FAST! If you are in the mood to try some traditional sweet bread from Copala, please come check out this mom and pop panaderia out! The staff is friendly and so welcoming. It's what the culture's feeling. Please support small businesses:) P.S -- they also ship all over the United States. Call or send them a message for the details.
