Mary is attentive and precise! I love my sessions with her. Great spot for your beauty needs.

I can't recommend Lizzie enough! I went in for a full face rejuvenation; from the moment we sat down for my consultation, she took the time to listen to everything I wanted and needed. She gave thoughtful feedback and helped me feel completely confident in our treatment plan. Lizzie has the gentlest touch--I'm someone who usually bruises a lot, but I left without a single mark! I am absolutely in love with my results; I can't stop looking in the mirror! The changes are subtle and natural, enhancing my features in the best way. Plus, Lizzie's energy made the entire experience fun and relaxing. She's truly a master of her craft! Not to mention the Dontage office is super luxe and comfy! read more

Wow! Lizzie is the absolute best!! This was my first time getting Botox at Dontage. Lizzie took her time to evaluate my face and the best course of treatment. She also laid out a plan for me, which was something I have wanted for a long time. When it came to the actual treatment, she was so gentle! Also, just so fun to chat with her!! Made my day! Thank you, Lizzie and Dontage! Can't wait to come back. read more

Five stars! Superb-can't say anything beyond, but excellent care, ability and results.

I could not speak any higher of my entire experience at Dontage. The office is just gorgeous and they made me feel so welcomed and are so sweet. Erika was phenomenal. She is So talented and is an incredible human. She did PDGF and Sculptra for me. She takes the time and listens and I love her honesty. I can't wait to see her again soon. Huge Thank you to Erika, Waseem and the Dontage staff you all are truly amazing! read more

I just found Dontage through a recommendation and saw Lizzie for my first appointment. She was great-- evaluating my personal needs and then making recommendations that feel right for me. My microneedling appointment was great and I'm looking forward to additional sessions, including a next injectable appointment. Lizzie is clearly great at her job and I trust her abilities and recommendations completely. read more

Waseem and Sandra. And staff are perfection!!!! Wouldn't teust my face to anyone else!!

I came in last week for a consultation and met with Mary. She was very knowledgeable and made sure that I was comfortable and had a great experience. She and I discussed a plan together to achieve the best results for me. I am already seeing improvement. I will be a repeat customer of Dontage and look forward to my next session. Highly recommend! read more

Great experience overall. The front staff and providers were friendly and professional.

I've been to a few beauty spas for various treatments including Botox. And hands-down I go back to Dontage again and again! The most recent session with Mary was great. She put numbing cream so the needle wouldn't hurt and she was fast and gentle! Post session: Everyday I see more & more wrinkles disappearing! She's great! But they're very popular so you have to book way in advance. read more

Amazing spa! with a very pleasant atmosphere! From the moment you walk through the door, you know this place is special with its calming and peaceful vibe. Waseem, and the staff were fabulous and very friendly. I can't recommend this spa highly enough. Just go--you deserve it and you won't regret it. read more

Dontage is fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The staff is professional, and Waseem is amazing - he understood exactly what I wanted and made the process so easy. Best Botox experience ever! Dontage is my new go-to. read more

I saw Mary K for my first Botox appointment last week. I was the last appointment and I appreciated how she did not rush, throughly explained everything and reassured me throughout. I am in healthcare provider myself and always appreciate when other providers take their time in appointments. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. read more

Sandra did a great job on my cool peel. She also did my daughter in laws clear and brilliant and pico sure. I will definitely use her again. read more

Sandra is very dedicated to skin care, and has been very helpful in treating my melasma. She is committed to making my skin look healthy. She recommended that I purchase a product, and I used it (it was effective). When I went back to purchase additional products, she could have tried to sell me something. Instead she insisted I continue using what I am using and not purchase anything yet. She has always been accessible by phone and is willing to talk through my concerns with me. She, Mary, and the entire staff are well educated and highly trained in skin care; If I could give Dontage 10 stars I would. read more

Waseem is professional, experienced, and kind. The office is clean and beautiful. I noticed the results of my neurotoxin just 2 days after. Will be going back. read more

Waseem is an artist. He's got a sculptor's touch. In 30 minutes he completely elevated my face to a better version of itself. He is gentle, patient, takes time to listen, and puts you at ease. Most importantly, he's up to date on the latest medical research. Book an appointment. You'll be so glad you did. read more

Lizzie did a great job with my botox. I'm having surgery soon and she was careful and appropriately cautious. Thank you Lizzie

Dr. Waseem is professional, friendly, courteous and efficient. I trust him completely with my Botox and have been very happy with the results - natural, relaxed, not too much. It's perfect. I moved here from out of state and had my old medical spa records transferred to him. We talked about the previous approach; he then made a few recommendations and I really love the improvements he made on the placement. read more

Lizzie was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. She took the time to listen, offer suggestions and recommendations but never pushy. The overall experience was fantastic and I'll be back! read more

I had a consultation with Sandra Oulmas yesterday and she was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I have never seen an aesthetician before and didn't know if laser or microneedling was best for my concerns. She recommended Clear and Brilliant for me. Before this, I was searching around for the lowest pricing on it, however, after this consult and my own research I knew I wanted to make an appointment with her. I honestly feel like I am in much safer and better hands even though I am paying a bit more. She is a laser specialist and seems very well-regarded. The office itself was beautiful and chic. Sandra's assistant Melissa was friendly and the front desk receptionist was welcoming too. read more

I went in for a consultation a couple weeks ago. The office itself is beautiful. My consult was with Mary last who was very kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable. Fast-forward a couple weeks when I went in to get an actual treatment done and I had another wonderful experience. From checking in, to the wait time, to getting seen, and the procedure itself, everyone I met was kind. Mary again did a great job in making sure that I felt comfortable through the entire process and answered more of my questions. I highly recommend Dontage. read more

Dontage, Waseem, and their entire staff is amazing! Does excellent work and doesn't try to oversell! Their professionalism and personalized service far exceeds my expectations every visit! Strongly recommend! read more

I feel so lucky to have discovered Waseem and his Medi spa, Dontage. You know they know what they're doing when everyone who works there looks great but you can't really tell if they've had anything done. I am very squeamish about getting injections. There are so many horror stories out there and I've seen terrible before and after pics. I really just want to fix a few things that have changed about my face due to age. Waseem is an injection master, and really knows what to use, how much to use, where to put it, and how to put it. I feel completely confident and safe in his chair and my results have been amazing. I have referred about a half a dozen people, and they all love their results too. Unfortunately, they live out of town. They're jealous that I have Waseem and he's only about 10 minutes away from my house. How did I get so lucky? read more

Sandra Oulmas is truly the best in the business! This woman has transformed my skin. I spent years not wanting to go out without makeup. Now I get constant compliments. She has also rescued my teens' skin giving them both a confidence boost. She is a fairy godmother who is an absolute pro at wielding her wand. And she's an amazing human being to boot! read more

The staff members are highly educated and experienced, and are truly some of the very best in the region (if not the entire country)! There is no one else I would trust. I always leave feeling beautiful and enhanced in the most natural way. Thank you Waseem and Dontage! read more

Waseem has by far, the best technique with the best results of anyone I've ever seen. He is also a genuinely nice guy, very personable and you can tell he cares about his craft, and artistic results. Remember to book far in advance though, because he is in demand, with good reason! read more

Dontage - Medical Spas Near Me - Fairfax, Virginia

Waseem is fantastic! He carefully listens to your concerns and makes recommendations that are truly right by you. His personality is down to earth and honest which absolutely puts you at ease. I trust him completely and recommend friends to him often! I always know I will leave his office looking like the best version of myself, never fake or frozen! I'm a Master Esthetician myself by trade and have said for years now that this industry lacks often in the area of "post care" instruction, but at Dontage I was told exactly how to care for my skin and was emailed post procedure instructions, which absolutely delighted my little Esthetician soul! I can not recommend this place highly enough! Especially if you're new to the Botox and filler world. You won't end up at home post procedure wondering what you can and can't not do after. read more

Dontage is the Mecca of all things skin. After a visit this past weekend, I can't wait to go back. The staff was friendly, the office is fun and polished and Waseem was an absolute treat. He made me feel comfortable about a number of injections we'd be doing to my face. He did an amazing job. I'm very happy with the results. I'm looking forward to returning to Dontage! read more

For around 20 years, I have seen Saundra Oulmas annually. Over the last decade, I have received Clear & Brilliant treatment. The results have kept me looking easily 25 years younger and brighten my skin with a healthy glow. It's apparent that I have not any plastic surgery and people assume that radiance is connected to happiness. No matter what, I intend to have appointments over the rest of my life. read more

I've been going to Sandra every six weeks for almost a year now. My skin is completely transformed! Even in my late 30s I was still breaking out, mostly around my chin area. The combination of laser treatments Sandra put together for me has not only fixed that problem but it has improved my overall skin tone, texture, and look. Growing up I had acne that left some scaring on my temples after it healed. Nobody has ever paid attention to that particular issue until Sandra. She listens, understands and compassionately helps target my areas of concern. While out at dinner with my partner the other night, someone complimented me on my skin -- it was a great feeling. Thank you so much to Sandra and the entire team. PS: the new office is beautiful read more

I completed 3 laser treatments with Sandra Oulmas for my freckly Asian face and am very pleased with the service and results. She is very calm and puts you at ease with her demeanor, skills and knowledge. Her assistant, Melissa, is also very kind and helpful. I also appreciated the punctuality of service and lack of upselling or pushing any products (although, if one were interested it seems there are many skincare products available for inquiry). My face is much clearer and most of the freckles have faded, despite it being summer and very bright outside. Some of my larger freckles are still visible but they're lighter, smaller and easier to cover with make-up. I also want to mention that after the treatments, my face was reddish for only the rest of the day and was fine after. I previously tried a laser to just a small spot at a different business and a burn mark was noticeable for a few weeks, scaring me off laser treatment for another several years. 1-2 weeks after Sandra's treatment, besides the freckles fading, I also noticed that my skin looked more glow-ey. I'm looking forward to having more laser facials in the future now that I found an esthetician I'm comfortable with. read more
