On November 26, 2024 Don said he only had 2 above grounds pools that he cleans & the rest of the pools are above ground pools. I showed Don how to use the pump & pre skimmer because he was opening it incorrectly & water went all over. Don said he could clean the pool & winterize the pool. He would unplug everything, remove the steps & lower the water. Once that was complete he would place a cover on the pool. He never did any of those things on that day. Don put a gallon of phosphates in the pool & said to run the pool motor for 24 hours straight & than clean the pool filter. Don used 3 pounds of shock, liquid chlorine & 2 chlorine tablets that I provided after he put in the phosphates, in old dirty bottle. Don said he would be back in a couple of days to check the water but never showed up. I cleaned the pool filter 2 days later to be sure it was completed since said he was coming back in a couple of days. I kept cleaning the out leaves every day from the pool. I didn't add any chemicals. Don didn't show up again until December 3, 2024. Don said he has 20 years of experience so I put my trust in him. December 3, 2024 I inquired to Don about the chemicals that he put in the pool never cleared up the water from the previous week. Don didn't remember how to use the pool motor & pre skimmer so I had to show him again since he let a lot of water out of the pool again. Don assured me he could clear up the cloudy pool water since it was still cloudy by adding another gallon of phosphates but he read the instructions & it said to run the pool continuously for 48 hours this time. Don said he didn't read the directions the first time when he told me to run the pool for 24 hours straight than clean the pool filter. Don said he was going to add 3 pounds of shock, a gallon of liquid chlorine, & 2 chlorine tablets that I provided. I ran the pool for 48 hours straight, cleaned the pool filter, & cleaned out the leaves everyday. Don said he would be back Thursday or Friday since he picks up chemicals on Thursdays & wasn't sure if he could make it Thursday but if not he would come Friday. Don said he was going to take a sample of the pool water to Leslie's & asked me for a empty water bottle. I didn't add any chemicals per Don's instructions. Don said I would have to purchase the cover for the pool to winterize it because his wife said he wasn't going to spend the money on it to do the work. Don never showed up Thursday or Friday. December 10, 2024 When I asked Don on December 10, 2024 he said there must have been some kind of miss communication. Don said he only comes to this area on Tuesday which he never explained to me in the beginning. Don said there were many chemicals that needed to be added to the pool water to clear up the pool water according to Leslie's pool. Don said the pool water needed to be drained out & filled back up in a text message that he sent to me. Don said it would cost $400.00 for the chemicals but he preferred to drain out the water in the pool & refill with water. I explained to Don that I could do that process before he arrives on the next visit. Don asked me how would I complete the process & I explained. Don said he could hook up a sump pump & the water would drain out in an hour & than fill the pool back up with water. Don put the sump pump in the pool & told me to keep an eye on it & he would be back in a couple of hours. Don never showed back up. I removed the sump pump from the pool once it was finished so I could fill the pool up with water. The water still didn't clear up!!. I kept cleaning out the leaves everyday. The pool water started to get cloudier & the ph went up higher. Of course, Don didn't show back up. December 16, 2024 Don showed Monday because he was going to Arizona so his wife could take photos of the runway models. We have to pay for our water & it has caused an enormous water bill. Don added a galloon of muriatic acid, 1 pound of shock, & 1 gallon of liquid chlorine, & 2 chlorine tablets that I provided. Don said he would use up all the chemicals that I all ready purchased first. Don said he would start buying the chemicals & I start paying him for the chemicals. Don said he was going to return next Monday again because of the holiday. On December 23, 2024 An unknown man came out to put phosphates in the pool. The unknown man added 2 bags of shock & 3 chlorine tablets that I provided. The unknown man swept up the few leaves in the pool from that morning. I hadn't gone out to the pool to clean the leaves since I purchased a cover & placed the cover over the pool. This is the first time that the pool had been cleaned by this unknown man. Don had never cleaned the pool all the times he had come to the house. Don was always in a hurry. I always clean the leaves out of the pool everyday & sweep the sides of the pool once a week. We used him for one pool cleaning after the startup was done on our new inground pool but canceled his service. Right from the start he seemed to be very aggressive with mannerisms. As he was walking up to my pool for the very first cleaning which he was late getting there, he said " you don't need to turn your LED lights on all the time. " I was just saying hello . We checked the pool chemicals after he left. He was in and out in about five minutes, I carried the water sample to a local pool supply store and had the water tested and had to provide a bunch of chemicals just to get it back to start up status. I read the previous review and it sounded like he was aggressive with that lady also. So I highly suggest you don't use this company for your Pool Cleaning services. If I'm gonna have to check up on his work we'd rather just do it ourselves. read more

Don Did a good job the first two times he clean my pool. Unfortunately the last service was horrible. He came in a hurry did a poor job brushing the pool, and to top it all he was aggressive and insulted me because he had to use too much product in my pool and the pool water level was low. I would be fine if he charge me more for the product but it seems he has an anger management issue. I had high hopes for this small business, unfortunately end up being a horrible experience. I would not recomend to anyone read more
