If there was the slightest item off center, not level, or just didn't look correct, he would discuss it with us and let us decide on how or if we wanted to correct the issue. - "Can do attitude": If there was a change, we wanted or something new, there was never a "we can't do that". It was always, we can figure it out and make it work. - Work atmosphere: Mike is a pleasure to work with (even though he is a Texas Longhorn fan). Very personable, positive, and accommodating. He is just a good person. - "Techy" at heart: He introduced us to new technologies that we had no knowledge of.
