This is truly a terrible place to take ur vehicle. Man talked about my transfer case w/ a smile. So…read morethey changed the starter and it just went out today at the job. Now the man son and he put together a little song and dance. Stole my transfer case off the back of my truck and put that broken transfer case of his on the back of my truck. I called them and told them of the pics I took of my transfer case w/ serial#. Told them their transfer case will be at the road for trash. They came and scooped that up quick. They are thieves and terrible at fixing ur vehicle. Don't go there , they take parts off ur vehicle for their use. No good mechanics left n Laurens. Can't trust them.

Price gouging. Defective & Negligent Mechanic repair work. Failure to completely diagnose parts needed. Not getting written or verbal approval for towing to the Nissan we have never used(requesting recorded calls from telephone service). Not honoring warranties based on original invoice 18579 1 year, 12,000 mile warranty or the invoice 563 & 590 NAPA warranty of 36 month, 36,000 mile warranty. Not honoring warranty: Invoice 18579. 4 spark plugs 109.96 Int manifold gasket 36.86 Coil boots $221.35 Invoice 590 Charged again for int manifold gasket 30.67 Invoice states 2 coil boots have been siliconed by someone trying to repair it. Invoice states vehicle needs 4 plugs Invoice 563 Crankshaft position sensor 41.68 Invoice 590 Charged again for crankshaft position sensor 663.48 Our 2012 Nissan is the same as when we brought it in on 06/28/22. This shop misdiagnosed the issue. This shop failed to diagnose the problem. This shop is responsible for the catalytic converter & other damaged caused by the defective mechanic work ( inv 18579 221.35)to silicone by someone to try to repair the 2 coil boots as inv 590 states. We feel they are obligated to correct their mistake. Price gouging/Unnecessary repair Being charged $663.00 for a crankshaft sensor position? Should we pay high dollars Bc this company could not do the work? What about our warranty on 563 where we paid 95.00(73.15)for a crank shaft sensor? What about the labor of 120.00. This has caused a financial burden the family. Misdiagnosed the problem Invoice 590 Why were we charged for the camshaft position sensor 95.22? Unnecessary repair. After Nissan installed the crankshaft sensor & our car was brought back in to Greenville Nissan under Nissan's warranty of the crankshaft position sensor, Nissan performed an OBD scanner and diagnosed as a P0420 catalytic converter. Inv 590 They misdiagnosed stating Three way catalyst system bank. Why didn't this company catch this code? Unauthorized repair We have never used the Greenville Nissan. All records on this Nissan has been w Greenwood, SC. We never gave written or verbal authorization for the car to go to Greenville. Requesting recorded business call. As of today this is their response from the BBB.k I
