I called them for the first time. Their inspector walked around, said I didn't really have a termite problem, never lifted a single bait station off the ground, then quoted me $7,000 extra to treat the attic. If I don't have a problem, why quote seven grand for treatment? And if they did want to treat the attic, why did they refuse to do anything about the termites I found on my floors at ground level?
