As it was my first visit to this barber shop and thinking that perhaps my instructions were just unclear, I gave it another go today. This time Danny was the barber. He asked how I wanted it ... and I said: "Just trim and shape it to remove the straggly ends and get the hair off of my ears. Not too short. Just a trim!" Result ? I actually think its shorter than when his wife cut it! :( ... and @ a cost of $25. I think I'll need to seek a barber elsewhere that does what is asked. Perhaps one that uses scissors a bit more and doesn't simply fire up and rely on electric shears for most of the work.

She gave me an awesome clarifying shampoo with a mesmerizing neck massage that put me in the zone. Everyone at the salon was super nice. The salon itself was very clean.
