Unfortunately we have had that situation at other shops before. Whether it's an alignment, detail, frame issue, re paint or other issue they always complete the work in a timely manner. The service here is top tier and something to be proud of. I value this shop and the knowledge the individuals working there have. Price is affordable and convenient. Highly recommend

When I informed our agent he referred us to an insurance estimator in Pataskala, Their price was 3600$. When I spoke to the Agent again, I wanted to get an additional estimate. He referred me to Pagani's in Downtown Newark. The Pagani brothers who own and manage the shop looked at the car, came out with a cleaner and removed EVERY SINGLE mark from the Headlight, frontend, hood and the protective clear cover on the nose. EVERYTHING!! It saved us our deductible and whatever increase in our insurance rate we surely would have incurred. Two different Auto shops wanted to charge us those outrageous prices for nothing more than elbow grease. The Pagani brothers refuse to except any money from us...... A Honest Auto Repair shop Jack V

Gene restored the front end of my 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid when I'd bought it from a dealer and it had an undisclosed accident. He worked with me to stay within my budget and communicated every step of the way. When I was ready to have more work to restore it a year later, he didn't hesitate, staying in my budget. When the car had mechanical issues that were outside his scope? He referred me to his dad's garage up the way who treated me just as kindly and helpfully. This year I brought him my moms old Suzuki after she got in a fender bender. He searched high and low for comparable parts (they weren't made anymore) and did a fantastic job and kept things in budget. Can not recommend Gene and his crew highly enough. Will always refer, and will always be a loyal customer now.

They were the first and only to respond top of the morning. Brought it by and quickly made the repairs. I was so scared of an expensive replacement, some body shops I called said they would probably have to replace the whole thing. They seem very trusting and said they have a mechanic shop as well. Will be looking into their other maintenance services. Location is a big plus too!

When I asked the driver to move so I could park, he acted entitled to my parking spot, got hostile, and called me lots of angry names. Two days later my car was vandalized in the middle of the night with a crowbar. Now I no longer feel safe outside my home because I fear the angry Elite Auto Services driver is stalking me, maybe with some buddies, and will come back and attack me, my car, my home, or my family. I called Elite Auto Services and they said their drivers often park somewhere to wait between calls. They didn't offer any other explanation, apology, assurances, or remedy. Apparently they just let their angry drivers do whatever they want. I don't feel safe with this company on the streets.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and they will be my go to for any towing needs in the future. P.S. My 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee was dropped off with very minimal body damage from hitting a deer. After having my car for 30 days my wife went and picked it up. After getting home from work I looked it over to make sure everything was ok, I couldn't believe how poor the work was. The first thing I noticed was the orange peel, it is horrendous taking all of the gloss out of the paint. After further review I found damage on the passenger fender from where the dropped the hood on the fender, and then painted and cleared over the chip without repairing it. The edges of the hood near the windshield had no basecoat and a dusting of clear, fender that was repaired was still dented, and the body gaps were almost a half inch. He then superglued the bumper to the fender (yes he superglued the bumper) because the bumper wouldn't snap into place in the poorly repaired fender. As If things weren't bad enough already at this point, there were chips in the fender and drivers door from the fender being pushed into the door that was cleared over with no basecoat. To top it all off the car was "buffed" to help with the orange peel. Which resulted in multiple dull spots, buffer trails, and scratches on brand new clear coat. The next morning I called the shop and explained the issues and let them know I would be bringing the car back. I went over all of the issues and was scheduled to bring it back two weeks later. Fast forward to this evening, when I picked the car back up. Orange peel is just as bad, fender that was repaired is not right, there is overspray and scratches from sanding/buffing on the door that should have never been touched. There is more trash in the paint than I have ever seen from anything outside of a diy job. I cannot believe this is an acceptable finish product by any shop. This was not a budget backyard repair, but an over $6000 bill to my insurance company for something that looks like it was painted with a 1/2" nap roller. I am not stuck with an embarrassing car, that has dramatically lost value over a very minor accident. I am disappointed and would urge anybody looking for a body shop to go elsewhere. You will not get results that are anywhere close to an oem finish, I'd say it's a step down from macco at best.
