From the initial call to getting the tank removed & installed, the experience was very professional, efficient and prompt. After receiving an estimated price quote via email, I called their office and asked if a technician could be sent out to take a closer look and let us know if any additional charges would be incurred. That was on a Thursday afternoon and while we were planning to move forward with Heil, over that weekend the tank started leaking water all over the floor. I looked at online to see what time they would open on Monday and saw that they would be open @ 7:30am. I wanted to give folks time to get in the door before calling so I waited until 7:45am to call. I explained that the tank had started to leak and that we had an immediate need for them to proceed with replacing the tank. To our total delight and amazement, Heil dispatched 2 plumbers to our home; told me that they would arrive anytime between 12noon - 2pm (I think) and around 11:15am we received a call that they were on their way. The 2 plumbers entered our home, put on the protective coverings over their boots & proceeded downstairs to area where the tank was located. They did their job, tested the install, talked with my husband, took the old tank away & cleaned up before they left. We were and still are, totally happy with the service provided and would gladly recommend to anyone needing any of the services they provide. Thank you Heil for the top notch service we received, for having good, talented employees and for making the entire experience as pleasant as possible. Set up a date for the following week. Vernon called me on Tuesday morning as promised. He was at my house on time. Had everything he needed for the job and did a great job. When the plumber arrived he immediately found the pressure switch wired incorrectly. He made the change and the well pump started and pressure was coming into the tank. He made sure the tanks filled and no water was leaking from the inside lines. It would have been so easy for a plumber to say "Yup, you have a bad pump" and charge us for the replacement. They have not returned my calls, texts, emails, etc. This has gone on for a long time. All Nite was hired to instill new pipes from our house to the county clean out line. We live on a flag lot and so the stretch of pipe is long. Unfortunately, only a few months after the work was done we had a massive plumbing back up. We discovered that the newly installed pipes had settled due to improper and inadequate backfill of the dirt. This means the waste water from our house does not have adequate gravity flow from the house to the county line. The pipe is bellying significantly underground to the point that a significant stretch is completely filled with water. Additionally, our driveway has sunk significantly. It is very obvious the backfill work done was not properly done. This has caused frequent clogs and issues and is an ongoing liability to our home. Without getting it fixed, we risk regular plumbing backups and significant water damage to our property. Despite dozens of attempts to have them fix the issue, they have not and they never return our messages, emails, texts, or calls.
