Prices have soared and customers receive less and less. So when we called asking where our rice was, Panini charged $50 extra AND we had to go back and pick up, even after it was initially ordered. Not happy with their food quality either. Chicken was stringy and chewy, koobedeh was cold and bland. All 2 trays of chicken, one tray of koobideh and Panini gave two salad trays and forgot our rice!! NO remorse. No apologies. Wishing for the good days when food was fresh, tasty, hot and served with great customer service. The communication prior to the event was clear, and the food arrived on time, warm and packaged in nice serving dishes that were sturdy and of good quality along with utensils.
