Frozen;4/1 cooks without shrinking with a little fat which is needed when cooking burgers.And tasty as well.And for beef a very good price. If you want to make gyros at home purchase the 5# box of pre-sliced gyros meat. About 120 slices in the box and 4-5 slices will be enough to make your gyros with. The Fontanini cooked italian meatballs are quite good. I purchased the 5# 1 &1/2" ones that are perfect for sandwiches or pasta. All that's needed is a little sauce to cook them in. Made with pork and beef. Lastly the Jalapeno cheddar beef brats. Large and good by themselves or with mustard. And there are many other products as well. I was reluctant to buy the cevapi at first, because $20 seemed ridiculous for a plate of 10 pieces, but a gentleman convinced us to buy a batch of uncooked cevapi, 20 for just $22. We took it home and once lightly pan fried, we fell in love. I would fit 2 or 3 pieces topped with stone ground mustard, between 2 pieces of bagel or bread. This fed us for several days! According to a family member, Sandy's has been operating in that location for 35 years, and sells a variety of Balkan liquor, drinks, snacks and more. We had approximately 90 people both Polish and American attend with children and there was still plenty of space to eat and dance the night away. This is an excellent place for all events. I especially appreciated the changing table in the bathrooms. Finding parking in the city can be rough. However, Gala Banquets offers free valet parking and has arranged overflow parking across the street. The food was amazing! We got the Platinum Package and the food never stopped coming. My personal favorite was the mushroom soup, but we also had a full dinner complete with Pierogis, Salads, Meats, and Ice cream. Additional appetizers of Salmon, Tatar, Galareta , various meats, deserts and others were severed after the meal. The staff was very friendly and courteous ensuring all our guests were happy and well taken care of throughout the night. Our friends and family were talking about the style and class of the banquet hall for days after. An open bar is a must at most parties and Gala Banquets will not let you down. It is a full bar including top shelf liquors, wines and beer. DJ Leon, recommended by Gala Banquets was amazing. During the meal he entertained the kids with music, games, and gifts.
