They gave us an appointment right after contacting them, showed up on time, did the work in very reasonable time and price, and even called us the next day to see if we were happy. As a coincidence, we had heavy rains the next day, and the flooding which had previously been up against our sliding door had disappeared. Excellent service from a reliable company.

I moved into a home and there was an area i wanted to have a screen enclosure for. The minute Peter walked in and saw the area, the first reaction was "not interested". As he looked at the general area his interest got lesser and lesser since he said "this isnt easy and I think we will pass. We were looking for something easy". Really? First of all, it is not difficult area to work on. Its a simple 18 ft by 12 and sure it would have taken some work on gutter area, it isnt difficult for professionals. I of course had another company come in, point out how they would address the work with professionalism. I am still looking at several contractors but Peter was just not great. He seemed like it was an inconvenience to look at it and total lack of interest in even providing a quote. I was surprised since doing my homework they were A rates with Better Business Bureau. I guess if you have a job that "interests" them they do good work but i wouldnt know. Pretty strange approach if you ask me.

The crew was friendly and the installation itself went smoothly. My only frustration was the cleanup. Even though I always remind contractors to tidy up afterward, we still found screws, nails, empty water bottles, and other materials left behind -- unfortunately, this seems to be common with many companies. We also had an issue with the placement of one downspout. It was installed right next to our hose spigot, leaving no room to turn it on or off. We had to have the company return to adjust it. Overall, the work got done, but there were a couple of details that could have been handled better.

Happy and satisfied with our new gutters and leaf guards! My husband worked with Kiro for a quote…read moreon custom square gutters but ultimately decided on the the typical K type gutters due to price. Through the entire process, Kiro was responsive via text and followed up with a revised quote and ETA for installation. Louie and another guy (can't remember his name unfortunately) arrived on the day of installation and were very professional. Louie walked me through where the downspouts were going to be installed per the predrawn diagram on the quote. He even let me watch the first piece of the gutter being extruded from the truck (damaged part was cut off first.) We were so happy to see water pouring out of the downspouts during the first rain after the gutters were installed. No more sheets of water running off the roof! + Communicative, friendly and professional + Reasonable price + On time and completed work in a timely manner + Gutters and leaf guards work well Note: The guys didn't wear masks but I guess I didn't really expect them to since they were working outside and on the roof. When they were talking to me and approaching me, they did leave a respectable distance. They also accidentally drilled though our internet line but we didn't really fault them for it as they tried really hard to move it out of the way/work around it - other companies required us to remove it prior to install. Ended up having to call our internet service provider to come out and fix it, but not a huge deal. Other than that, we still highly recommend these guys. Deposit necessary to be put on the schedule. We paid the deposit and final payment via checks mailed USPS.

From the moment we called for an estimate to the day we had the gutters installed, KMC Gutters was there all the way. We were blown away by the wide range of color selections and happy we were able to find just the color we wanted. Highly recommend KMC Gutters and have received so many compliments on our gutters. I am definitely referring them to family and friends.
