I have contacted Centrix and no response. I contacted Thumbtack Customer Service and their response was for me to find the resources in my area (do they mean legal?) to obtain a correction to the gutter issue. I would say to any user, be cautious when using either. I used other service providers through Thumbtack and I was pleased. This issue has been a frustration.

I did lose your number as you asked but had to alert others of your troubled methods. See pix below I think he was expecting a great review, which you would have got if you had even said you were sorry for YOUR mistake and tried to mend it. You chose NOT. There was one area that did need some work on it, which they just completed. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely when finished. Like our friends that have also used Hartmann, we found their pricing to be reasonable, unlike some others quotes our friends had received from other companies. They also didn't try to get us to do more unneeded work or totally replace the roof. They said our roof should have a life expectancy of at least another five years after their repair. We will look to Hartmann in the future when we do need a new roof or repairs.

They only emailed which was quite terse. Possibly a phone call to explain and how to redeem the first payment. But, it was about sending the next one immediately.
