So he said he was going to put medal posts in since i didn't want concrete. I have treated posts and cedar fence. Medal? No!!! It's not that I was opposed of concrete, I was simply going by what others would and wouldn't do. I've been waiting to get it done since April. Like i would say no to concrete to secure my posts. If he simply contacted me via phone instead of text there would have been no issues. Stay away, yet another soft kid that would rather communicate via words vs face to face or at least voice to voice. He's full of lies, so when someone says they'd come by to give an estimate and never show up day after day. Damn right I'm going to call/text to see if they are still interested. The fence fell during our April storm and yes I want it done. I needed an estimate to send to my insurance company. Stay away, Seriously!!! Upset that I wanted an estimate and fence done ASAP. Throughout the process, Ken listened to what we wanted, asked good questions and gave us suggestions to improve on our ideas. His work was always excellent: accurate, neat and tidy, always better than I expected. Ken's work was meticulous. He would not call a job done until it met his high standards.
