Our experience was oddly similar to another two star review here. While they were friendly and efficient, they were neither professional or trustworthy. The initial quote was fair. Unfortunately, there were multiple, "on the fly", expenses. No blankets or moving supplies were provided (even though they were supposed to be brought by movers). Most of the large furniture was damaged (ranging from slight scuffs to outright broken pieces). Brought up missing personal items but, was ignored. Apologies were offered but, no compensation.
