Evan did an incredible job. Our side yard had become a graveyard for all the things, from old patio furniture to wrecked Halloween decorations. Done Deal put in the extra work to maximize our load enabling it all to be hauled off in one large load. Prompt, friendly, honest are a few of the ways to describe Evan at Done Deal. His cleanup after removal was 100% above and beyond. When we take on our garage we'll surely be repeat customers. read more

Evan was incredible. Needed a last minute multi-area junk removal and we couldn't be happier with the results. He was very communicative and prompt with his responses, very transparent about the price as well. On the day of he arrived in a gorgeous truck and a massive clean and professional trailer. He began by assessing the areas I sent him photos of, and he quickly got to work. Within the next 2 hours the project was complete and he even went above and beyond to clean and hose down the affected areas. Evan was truly fantastic and even when the scope of the project changed in real time, he was adaptable and flexible, communicating with me how the price would change. Never felt like he was trying to take advantage of us or overcharge us. He genuinely wanted to help us get this stuff out of here. In the end the results speak for themselves, we will definitely be giving him a call back for future projects. Look no further for junk removal, Evan's got you covered! read more

Start to finish working with Evan from Done Deal Junk Removal is a pleasure. This is the second time we have needed some assistance with clearing up junk and we called DD again without hesitation. He was able to come out at the time we requested. What would likely have junked up my yard for months was gone in an hour. He was on time and reasonably priced. And he was awesome when we added "just a few" more things (since he was already here!) He even swept up when he was done. My home looks better and it is a weight off my mind as well. read more

Evan at Done Deal Junk Removal was responsive, quick, honest, professional, and most importantly kind. Most junk removal services press getting you a quote and sending pictures yet the moment you let them know you are shopping for other quotes they ghost you. Done Deal was courtesy to this fact and even though not the lowest quote I received for my project, it was definitely the best in quality of service and for that I will always be willing to pay a few extra dollars. Do not bother utilizing any other service. read more

Evan and his team are absolutely amazing!! My move was bumped up a week and they were able to take care of my move in time! The team was quick and efficient and treated my items with care. On top of that, I felt safe with them in my home... this is a big deal for me as some of the movers I've used in the past have been a bit sketchy... Our experience was oddly similar to another two star review here. While they were friendly and efficient, they were neither professional or trustworthy. The initial quote was fair. Unfortunately, there were multiple, "on the fly", expenses. No blankets or moving supplies were provided (even though they were supposed to be brought by movers). Most of the large furniture was damaged (ranging from slight scuffs to outright broken pieces). Brought up missing personal items but, was ignored. Apologies were offered but, no compensation. Not even a receipt for services. read more
