The quote I received from them was 66% higher than what 2 competitors came in at. That's just the start.... When I called them for a quote on new shower glass for a bathroom remodel, I was told to send pictures by email. After 4 days, I got no reply to the email. I called them back. They said they'd answer by email. In the email reply I finally received, they didn't even read the email. I was asked what color glass and hardware I wanted. (Only this was in the original email.) In all of the emails, not once did the person leave a name. When I declined the high price, I told them it was awkward that they never gave a first name, their response was: "I do 600k a month in sales. so i guess i'm doing something right." Receipt attached
