There was a merger or acquisition, and ever since, it's been a nightmare. The communication that…read morethe address changed was not obvious especially since it was in the same street. Because I do not rely on gps to go places I already know how to navigate, I went o the wrong location. Then it was pointed out that the reminder had the correct address on it. Which I wouldn't be able to tell was a change since it was in the same street. Then I saw a different doctor than I normally see and she was terribly unfriendly. Then I was penalized for not filling out the form correctly to do shots at home. I've been having my paramedic husband give me the shots for close to 10 years at home. They changed the way things were done and because I didn't fill out the form the way they wanted, they said I have to come in for 10 straight weeks during 8:30-5 for my shot before I can do them at home. I was told my record was "all over the place" Though in the past I was not required to keep a record of the shots on their form. I could track it my way on my phone. Communication on changes had been terrible and no one had been friendly or helpful. I am too busy to come to a doc for 10 weeks as I have my own work and three small kids, which is why I've been doing them at home with my paramedic husband who saves lives every hour of every day. Don't change things without communicating it effectively and then blame me for doing it wrong.

Fantastic experience, can't recommend highly enough from my allergy test last week. The woman at…read morethe front desk was kind and helpful. The nurse that worked with me before visiting with the allergist was very sweet and very helpful. Dr. Phil Rancitelli was extremely kind, professional, and took care to explain my allergies and treatment. I've never left a medical office feeling like I was truly cared about so much before. I was tested for allergies and felt a little nauseous, and the nurse was so sweet in helping me lay down and getting me water. Phil was very sympathetic and extremely professional. Every person I came into contact with was friendly and professional. Cant say enough good things.

My right ear had slight pressure and muffled hearing My primary doctor referred me to Ohio ENT. I saw Dr Lowery today, March 14th and he was so kind and compassionate and explained everything in detail to me so I understood what he was going to do. He did a myringotomy and it was painful but it also was instant relief. The pressure is just about gone and I have regained most of my hearing. I actually cried in my car on my way home I was so happy I highly recommend Ohio ENT and Dr Lowery!

I was a patient of Michael Martyn, MD, and my experience with his care was extremely disappointing…read moreand concerning. My first visit was in December 2025. When Dr. Martyn entered the room, his appearance and demeanor immediately raised concerns about professionalism. I explained in detail that my ears retain moisture, which causes frequent wax buildup and infections. I also explained that my father and I share this condition and that his ENT successfully prescribed Sulfacetamide Otic capsules, which had also worked for me in the past. I specifically requested this medication. Instead, Dr. Martyn prescribed an antibiotic containing amoxicillin, despite my medical chart clearly stating that I am allergic to penicillin. Because of this error, it took two weeks for a replacement prescription to be sent. I took the antibiotic for 28 days, during which there was no improvement in my infection, and the left side of my face became swollen. When I contacted the office again to request the Sulfacetamide Otic capsules, I was told Dr. Martyn wanted me to come back in for another visit. My second appointment was in early January 2026. During this visit, it became clear that Dr. Martyn had not reviewed my chart thoroughly and was unaware of previous communications I had with his medical assistant, Chelsea Lenegar, despite her confirming she documented my medication request in my file. Dr. Martyn then recommended a compound pharmacy (Crosby) and stated he would send the prescription. My appointment was on a Monday, yet I received no confirmation the following day. I called multiple times throughout the week and could not reach anyone. After leaving several messages, Chelsea eventually informed me that Dr. Martyn was in surgery and had not yet signed off on my prescription, assuring me I would hear back by Friday. I did not. By the following Monday, I still had no update. At this point, my condition had worsened, my face was visibly swollen, and there was no sense of urgency from the office. I was forced to escalate the issue to Jessica Kondy, a supervisor above both Chelsea Lenegar and Dr. Martyn. Only two weeks later, I was informed that Dr. Martyn had finally reviewed my file and stated he would need either a photo of the medication bottle or a prior prescription and that he "probably" could prescribe it. After weeks of waiting, worsening symptoms, and repeated follow-ups, being told he might be able to help was unacceptable. This experience made me feel that my care was consistently deprioritized. As an African American patient, I could not help but feel dismissed and unheard throughout this process. Regardless of intent, the lack of responsiveness, organization, and urgency reflects very poorly on patient care and safety. I would not recommend Dr. Michael Martyn to others, especially those needing attentive, timely, and compassionate care. He is racist towards African American and will not care about your needs

I mentioned that my husband has had multiple appointments at the same location and we are in network. She ARGUED and YELLED at me about my insurance. After telling her multiple times we are in network, she then called the billing department who told her the same thing and that we are in network which made her even more mad. She then scanned my insurance card after this whole fiasco. It ruined the entire appointment with the doctor because I was so upset about what had happened and how someone representing Ohio ENT would be so unprofessional.

Great personality, fantastic sense of humor and her bedside manner with my 16 year old daughter was AMAZING! Since this is my daughter's first surgery, a tonsillectomy, I am glad to have Dr Ryoo doing it. She takes her position very seriously and made sure to take time with my daughter to ensure she was comfortable with the procedure and allowed her to ask any questions she might have. Tasha, the scheduler, also was very friendly with us as we set up a date for the surgery. I had asked for copies of the documents she had me sign and gladly got them for me. Great place, great staff, great doctor!

I missed the call from my awesomely concerned family doctor who had already reviewed my ER records despite the fact that it was a holiday and she was supposed to be relaxing. She wanted to have me come in for a follow-up exam. Since I didn't recognize the number and my voicemail box was jammed full, I didn't know I was supposed to go in. But on Thanksgiving, in the evening, when I relapsed into that toxic pain and shaking, my family called Dr. Rentel. She was there, and she had advice. She got me through the night and saw me first thing Monday. This is the most compassionate doctor. I love her to pieces. She has her patients' best interest in mind. She really cares about your health. And she's funny and easy to talk to. I have high praise for Dr. Rentel. If you're looking for a new family doctor, definitely try to get in with her. It will be tough. Since she's so amazing, she's always booked full. But if you happen to call the office when they're taking new patients, you musn't undervalue the opportunity. Jump on it! Dr. Rentel is the best.

They sent me away with anxiety meds. Needless to say, I didn't take them and went to see Dr. Rentel the following Monday. By chance, I was assigned to her when I was a student at OSU in the student health department. She asked me if I had allergies, to which I replied NO. She took a good look at me and said, "Yes you do." She gave me oral steroids and within 24 hours my breathing issues were totally resolved. Turns out, I have a severe grass pollen allergy that developed as an adult and procudes asthma. I'm now taking allergy shots to help build a tolerance to my allergies and symptoms. I wasn't crazy afterall!

So I chose to move to Dr. Scott Bagentose (the son). The timeline to get an appointment as a new patient is 1 year out. Currently their scheduling for may/june/July of 2020 (it is October 2019) no matter the doctor or the office. So I had to find another practice because this practice can't manage the patient volume. To transfer, I need a referral from the treating physician. Called Dr Scotts nurse explaining the situation and asking for the referral. In fact, I left SEVERAL messages over the course of 30 days. She NEVER returned my call. I finally called into the office and spoke to her on the phone, explained the situation to which she said "we are not going to refer you to our competitor". WHAT? Without the referral I cannot get medical treatment for my allergies. I can't get an appointment from this office anytime soon either. I literally lost it on the phone. This is THE MOST UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL doctors office I've ever experience. Dr Abner Bagentose would be appalled if he knew. I reported them to the state medical board. Avoid this place at all costs!!
