Dr Danielle although pleasant iis extremely unengaged and inconsistent especially with following up on Pt care Donna one of her appointed lead staff members has promised to call me back since October of 2021 regarding pricing on a unresolved treatment plan for restorative work . I am still waiting to speak with Donna. I have called the office four times since October 2021 and have not gotten a resolution or price regarding my treatment plan. I was offered three different prices and each time Donna saids I will speak with Dr. Danny and get back to you. Never received a call from her yet as to date. after severe frustration I called my insurance company a PPO to find out what services were provided and what was being done because no one explained anything to me in the office. I was told no exrays were sent in with the treatment plan they sent to insurance and because oIf that my claim was denied. I then called and spoke to Amanda although very helpful she stated she would get back to me in two weeks it's been a month in a half already and I'm still waiting for a call. I was also told by insurance there was one charge was pending for $234.00 fir the work done On October of 2021. Beware and stay away.

My wife had a root canal performed by Dr. Evan Goldstein…read more Following the procedure, she experienced severe and prolonged pain. Because of the severity of her pain, we contacted Dr. Goldstein's office seeking assistance. During one of our telephone calls, the receptionist, Angela, was dismissive of our concerns and refused to schedule my wife for an appointment and was told to take Advil. I stated that the Advil's she too had no relief on the pain she was experiencing. I was sufficiently concerned about my wife's condition that I personally drove her to the dental office because she was in significant pain and I believed she needed to be examined by Dr. Goldstein.Despite the fact that my wife was experiencing significant pain, Dr. Goldstein did not examine her at that time. Instead, he instructed her to return the following morning because he was too busy and nothing to relieve her pain was done. We pleaded for him to at least take a look and he walked away and his  receptionist, Angela said "Leave or I will call the police" I found this response extremely concerning. When a patient has just undergone a root canal and is experiencing severe pain, I believe the patient should at least be appropriately evaluated to determine whether there is a complication requiring immediate attention.My wife therefore remained in significant pain for approximately another 18 hours before she was seen by Dr. Goldstein. Dr. Goldstein said he saw nothing wrong and she should continue Advil. On this day April 26th, 2026 I brought her to New City Endodontics (Dr. Maria Viniris D.D.S.) who claimed Dr. Evan Goildstein had drilled too close to her nerve which was causing the constant pain and Dr. Maria Viniriscarefully completed her root canal on tooth #19 and treated her. Our out-of-pocket expense with the intense x-rays and treatment $2900.00 since Dr. Maria Vinirisdid not accept Fidelis insurance, which Goldstein accepts.
