Working with Randy has been an outstanding experience. From the very beginning, he showed an…read moreincredible amount of patience -- and trust me, he needed it! We changed our minds many times: details, entire rooms, layouts we thought were "final," only to realize later that we didn't want them at all. Each time, instead of getting frustrated, Randy encouraged us to keep exploring until we found the version that truly felt right for our family. What impressed us the most was how calm, supportive, and positive he remained throughout the whole process. He never made us feel like we were asking too much. On the contrary, he inspired us to dig deeper into our ideas and not settle until we were genuinely happy with the design. Another huge plus: his responsiveness. He always got back to us quickly -- sometimes within hours -- and the entire process moved faster than we ever expected. His drawings were clear, thoughtful, and beautifully aligned with the vision we were slowly discovering along the way. If you're looking for a designer who is patient, talented, extremely reliable, and genuinely invested in helping you create a home you'll love, we cannot recommend Randy enough. He truly went above and beyond for us. -- Kate & Martin

I don't know if the guy I worked with didn't understand, or what the problem was, however, after meeting time after time on phone and on zoom, I still got the wrong work consistently. Now that we have submitted the plans for permits, we're still catching more mistakes. How is this place even in business ?

While we did incur some challenges throughout the process, the final product turned out to be quite beautiful in my eyes. The kitchen is now light, bright and elegant, and the new built counter height master bath vanities are great, with lots of new drawers for storage. We did incur some additional delays that also were not of their doing, such as faucets that did not arrive on time or without essential parts. Chris and his team worked patiently through the process to final completion, and did so in a responsive, professional manner; always pleasant to work with. Bottom line, in my view, the value proposition that About Face Cabinetry offers is excellent. I would recommend and would be pleased to hire them again.
