Couldn't decide what I wanted to drink so the sweetheart bartender, JP, told me about some new liquors they had and gave us a taste of Twisted Tea Whiskey, which was surprisingly good! (Dangerously good for day-drinking tho, so we both went w/ice cold beer instead. Ha.) There were some friendly locals sitting at the bar with us who were happy to chat and tell us what's up in town. The jukebox was super easy to play from my phone and I really liked the entire setup of this bar. Several TVs to check out and a huge screen in the corner, which I assume is popular for game day. We decided to have a 60th birthday celebration at Rusty Rooster's Ice House b/c we frequently stop in when we are in town b/c of the service and great atmosphere. We made the right choice. Owners, Issabelle and Joe went above and beyond accommodating our request. Their staff were pleasant and friendly and the prices were great. We had food catered however they always have local food trucks to accommodate the late night hunger. If you're in town you MUST stop by. They always have the games on their TV's for football, baseball or basketball. One thing I have to say about Issabelle and Joe, is they are BIG on giving back to their community and I support that all day everyday! Thank you Rusty Rooster, until next time!
